Abstract: An automatic extraction device and connector for perfume decanting are disclosed. In this automatic extraction device, the front end of the piston cylinder is formed with a nozzle. The piston extends into the cavity of the piston cylinder. A press piece is mounted at the rear end of the piston rod and extends to the outside of the piston cylinder. A liner is fixedly provided inside the piston cylinder. The front end of the piston rod passes through the liner and is fixedly connected with the piston. The space between the liner and the nozzle inside the piston cylinder forms the compression space of the piston. The thrust produced by the compression spring on the piston rod drives the piston to have a tendency to move away from the nozzle.

According to the method, the washing enzyme having resistance to protease is obtained by carrying out fusion expression on a gene of the washing enzyme with the gene of a protease inhibitory peptide, thereby facilitating maintaining the stability of various enzyme components in an enzyme-containing detergent, and improving the use effect of the detergent.

Abstract: The present invention provides a mutant strain of Bacillus subtilis SFA-H31 and includes an optimized method for producing of acetoin using this strain. The advantage of this method to produce acetoin has been defined by its high-yield without mixture with diacetyl or 2,3-butanediol, both of which are usually accompanied with acetoin in other strain. This Bacillus subtilis mutant strain has been deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection (CGMCC) and the accession number is CGMCC No. 1869, in which the process of fermentation for acetoin production is composed of (1) strain activation, (2) seed culture, (3) fermentation, (4) quantification of substrates and products. Based on current method, the concentration of acetoin in the ferment broth can reach to 35-55 g/L and the conversion rate of glucose to acetoin is in the range of 40-50%.
