    Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic panel. The electronic panel comprises a protection cover having a visible area and a non-visible area, and a plurality of mask layers sequentially disposed on the non-visible area of the protection cover, wherein at least one of the mask layers has at least an escape ditch. Bubbles produced during the coating process can be discharged from the escape ditch, thereby improving the product's appearance and light transmittance. In addition, the present disclosure further provides a method of manufacturing the electronic panel and an electronic device.

    Abstract: A touch panel comprises of a plurality of first strip sensing electrodes and a plurality of second strip sensing electrodes. The first strip sensing electrodes are respectively disposed in a plurality of strip sensing regions with fixed lengths, and each of the second strip sensing electrodes is disposed corresponding to each of the first stripe sensing electrodes in each of the stripe sensing regions. Each second strip sensing electrode and corresponding first strip sensing electrode are electrically disconnected from each other. Length of each second strip sensing electrode and length of the corresponding first strip sensing electrode are complementary to each other. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for manufacturing the touch panel is also disclosed.

The touch device further comprises a sensing electrode layer, a shading layer, a signal transmission line layer, and a conductive layer. The shading layer is disposed on the peripheral area to overlay the sensing electrode layer and has a through hole to expose a portion of the sensing electrode layer.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method for a touch panel comprising: disposing an electrode layer extending from touch area of a substrate to periphery area of the substrate, wherein the periphery area surrounds the periphery of the touch area. The method further includes disposing an insulation layer in the periphery area of the substrate to form a shielding layer, making the shielding layer cover the overlapping electrode in the periphery area and making the electrode layer of the touch area and the overlapping electrode locate on the same layer of the substrate so as to avoid fluctuation of resistance value in the electrode layer due to height difference. Meanwhile, adopting the disposition method also maintains insulating performance of the shielding layer. The present disclosure also provides a touch panel made by the manufacturing method.
