Abstract: A disassembly-free and flushable clip applier includes: a fixing handle and a triggering handle, the fixing handle being hinged with the triggering handle, the fixing handle being provided with a locking key; an end of the cavity tube being provided with a mounting head which is configured for detachably connecting the ligating clip; a turning mechanism sleeved at the other end of the cavity tube and rotatably connected with the fixing handle through a rolling ball, the turning mechanism being provided with a flushing valve which is communicated with the cavity tube for flushing; and a thimble axially infixed into the cavity tube and reciprocating along an axial direction of the cavity tube. The clip applier does not need disassembly and reassembly during cleaning and disinfection and prevent a risk of accidental touching triggering when the ligating clip is being assembled and fails to reach a clipping position.

Abstract: A multiple clip applier including a fixing handle, a conveying handle, a clamping handle, a pushing mechanism, a clip tube, a clip head and a closure clip assembly is provided. The clip head is arranged at one end of the clip tube, the clip tube is provided with a loading groove. The closure clip assembly is detachably arranged in the loading groove, and the clip tube includes an outer and an inner clip tube; the conveying handle and the clamping handle are both hinged with the fixing handle; and the clamping handle is linked with the outer clip tube to control opening or closing of the clip head. The closure clip assembly includes a plurality of closure clips; and the conveying handle is linked with the pushing mechanism to move along the length direction of the inner clip tube, thereby driving the closure clips to move towards the clip head.

Abstract: A method of an intestinal protective ostomy with the use of a degradable intestinal diversion device and an intubation includes steps of: preparing the degradable intestinal complete diversion device; after cutting off the terminal ileum intestine, measuring the diameter of the intestine, and then selecting a degradable intestinal diversion device of appropriate specifications according to the diameter of the intestine; when diverting, placing the device in the intestinal cavity, and fixing the ileum on the device with a thread at the convex ring; inserting the stoma drainage tube in the proximal ileum where the device is placed against the direction of intestinal peristalsis; and disintegrating and discharging the device with the contents of the intestine. The invention used with a drainage tube realizes complete intestinal diversion without secondary operations of stoma reintroduction.

Abstract: A degradable intestinal complete diversion device, made of biocompatible degradable materials, includes a circular tube constituting the bridge for the intestinal incisions on both sides to crawl towards each other and anastomosed; the end of the circular tube is connected with a gradually expanding flared opening, and a convex ring for binding the broken end of the intestine is arranged on the circular tube near each flared opening, and the hollow inner cavity of the circular tube is provided with a barrier film for blocking the hollow inner cavity. The invention used with a drainage tube realizes complete intestinal diversion without secondary operations of stoma reintroduction.
