Abstract: A method for detecting word line shorts in a memory device includes: determining a region of interest (ROI) region in a bright voltage contrast (BVC) image for contact through-holes (CTs) of word lines in the memory device, the CTs comprising first CTs in at least one first word line that is electronically charged and second CTs in at least one second word line that is not electronically charged, and the ROI region comprising the at least one first word line; determining coordinates of each CT in the ROI region; reviewing a grayscale value at a position of the coordinates of each CT in the ROI region to determine whether the CT is a defective CT; and displaying the defective CT in response to the defective CT being determined.

Abstract: A light-emitting device includes a substrate, an induction coil and at least one light-emitting unit. The induction coil is located on a side of the substrate, and the induction coil includes turns of conductive wiring disposed helically around a central region. The at least one light-emitting unit is located on a side of the induction coil away from the substrate. The light-emitting unit includes a first electrode and a second electrode, one of which is connected to an innermost turn of conductive wiring in the induction coil, and another one of which is connected to an outermost turn of conductive wiring in the induction coil. An area of a portion the central region covered by the at least one light-emitting unit in a direction perpendicular to the substrate is less than or equal to 50% of an area of the central region.

Abstract: An intracavity frequency-doubling laser device includes a first mirror and a second mirror defining a resonance cavity, a gain media to produce a first lasing light in response to an external pump beam received from outside the cavity, a nonlinear frequency-doubling optical element to generate a second lasing light in response to the first lasing light, a birefringent waveplate to control phase properties of the first and second lasing lights, and a fused quartz element positioned at the exit of the resonance cavity. The second mirror is formed as a relatively thick film on the fused quartz and is controlled to create an output beam of the second lasing light with great accuracy. The four components within the resonance cavity are positioned back-to-back and held in place using an optical glue (forming a compact, miniaturized laser device).

Abstract: A full range boosting device includes two sheave intermittent mechanisms installed alternately in an up-down direction and a central gear. The two sheave intermittent mechanisms each include a dial gear, a driving dial fixed coaxially with the dial gear with no contact in axial direction, a dial round pin, a driven sheave having a radial slot, and a boosting plate fixedly connected to the driven sheave. Two dial gears are driven by the same central gear. When the driving dial of one of the sheave intermittent mechanisms rotates an angle of ?1, its boosting plate rotates an angle to be boosted by a cooperation of the dial round pin and the radial slot. When the driving dial of the other sheave intermittent mechanism rotates an angle of (360°??1), its dial round pin is exactly located at a notch of the radial slot.

The first support plate includes a wholly-plate-shaped structure disposed in the first flat region and a plate-shaped structure disposed in the roll-slide region and provided with a plurality of hollowed-out regions; wherein in the roll-slide region, proportions of total areas of the hollowed-out regions in unit areas monotonically decrease along a first direction, such that capabilities of the flexible support plate to absorb stress and strain, in the roll-slide region, monotonically decrease along the first direction, the first direction being a direction from the first flat region to the roll-slide region.

The region of the conductor layer surrounded by the isolator is isolated from other portions of the conductor layer. Each of the one or more through contacts includes a column part in the dielectric layer and a pad part in the conductor layer.

Abstract: A siRNA targeting a key gene of Magnaporthe oryzae for controlling rice blast and use thereof, and relates to the field of biotechnology. The siRNA targets silence of a MOHS1 gene (MGG_08523) of Magnaporthe oryzae. The siRNA molecule can delay and inhibit the formation of an appressorium of the Magnaporthe oryzae, thereby reducing the pathogenicity of the Magnaporthe oryzae, thereby providing a novel method for controlling the rice blast. The siRNA molecule targeting the MOHS1 gene is prepared into a nucleic acid pesticide, and the nucleic acid pesticide is sprayed onto leaves of Oryza sativa L., which effectively reduces the number and area of lesions of the rice blast on the leaves, in turn can be used for controlling the rice blast, and can avoid a tedious process of cultivating genetically modified crops and the concerns of consumer groups.

Abstract: A method for implementing enhanced virtual digital representation in a metaverse includes monitoring attribute information of a virtual digital object and user information of at least one user in a scenario, obtaining, based on the attribute information, state decision data of the virtual digital object, determining, based on the state decision data and the user information, whether an interaction with a user in the scenario needs to be triggered, and notifying, based on determining that the interaction with the user needs to be triggered, the user of the state decision data of the virtual digital object by interacting with the user using a virtual avatar.

Abstract: A method of determining coordinates of contact through-holes (CTs) in a memory device includes: obtaining a bright voltage contrast (BVC) image including a plurality of CTs in the memory device; converting color components in the BVC image into grayscale values to obtain a grayscale BVC image; performing a dilation process on the grayscale BVC image to obtain a dilated grayscale BVC image; calculating a first threshold for the dilated grayscale BVC image and determining whether the first threshold is greater than or equal to a pre-determined value; in response to the first threshold being greater than or equal to the pre-determined value, performing a first image process on the dilated grayscale BVC image to obtain coordinates of each CT; and in response to the first threshold being smaller than the pre-determined value, performing a second image process on the dilated grayscale BVC image to obtain the coordinates of each CT.

Abstract: A laminated sleeve includes: a basic sleeve, an elastic layer, an inner reinforcement layer, a support layer, an outer reinforcement layer and a surface layer which are sequentially arranged in that order from inside to outside. A manufacturing method includes: cutting a plate material into support strips of the same size, arranging the support strips around a central axis of the sleeve to cover the inner reinforcement layer annularly to obtain the support layer, wrapping the outer reinforcement layer around the support layer, and obtaining the laminated sleeve after surface processing. The manufacturing method greatly expands the wide range of material choices for the support layer and allows for flexible adjustment of the outer diameter size of the product. The support layer of the laminated sleeve made by the disclosure can be made of general rigid solid materials with low density, high strength, and minimal deformation.
