  • Patent number: 11972819
Abstract: In a non-volatile memory system that performs programming of selected memory cells (in coordination with pre-charging and boosting of channels for unselected memory cells) and program-verify to determine whether the programming was successful, the system transitions from program-verify to the next dose of programming by concurrently lowering a voltage applied to a selected word line and voltages applied to word lines on a first side of the selected word line at the conclusion of program-verify. Subsequent to lowering the voltage applied to the selected word line, the system successively lowers voltages applied to groups of one or more word lines on a second side of the selected word line at the conclusion of program-verify beginning with a group of one or more word lines immediately adjacent the selected word line and progressing to other groups of one or more word lines disposed increasingly remote from the selected word line.

  • Publication number: 20240079831
Abstract: An electrical cable protects against pin-short damage at a connector port. The electrical cable includes one or more sensors positioned within the connector outer body that are configured to monitor a state of the connection interface of the electrical cable. The connection interface is configured to connect to and deliver power via the connector power between a power delivery source and a power delivery sink port. A power control signal controller is configured to predict a disconnection event between the connection interface of the electrical cable and the connector port based on the monitored state of the connection interface and to trigger a reduction in voltage supplied to a voltage bus of the electrical cable by the power delivery source, based at least in part on prediction of the disconnection event.

  • Publication number: 20220033520
Abstract: Biological macromolecules have tremendous potential for the treatment of disease of the central nervous system (CNS), however, the presence of the blood brain barrier (BBB) makes achieving a therapeutically relevant antibody concentration extremely challenging. Antibodies with enhanced neutral pH affinity for the neonatal Fc receptor demonstrate improved accumulation in the brain. Variants disclosed herein also enhanced exposure in engineered mouse models. Using an anti-BACE1 antibody, these Fc variants significantly reduced the levels of brain Abeta.

  • Patent number: 7650779
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for detecting whether a gear-driven fuel pump has been installed correctly in a fuel injected IC engine, the pump gear being driven by an engine gear to provide fuel to injectors via a fuel rail. The method may include providing a pump element pumping event. The method may also include disabling overlapping fuel injectors and overlapping pumping events during the test period surrounding the selected pumping event, and measuring the pressure in the rail during the pumping event with the overlapping injectors disabled, the at least two different engine crank angles surrounding the pumping event. The method also may further include determining from the measured rail pressures whether the pumping event occurred at a desired engine crank angle.
