    Abstract: An optical path switching method is applied to a surveillance module. The method includes: determining a target magnification; and (i) when the target magnification is less than or equal to a maximum magnification of a camera, setting a magnification of the camera to the target magnification, determining that a reflection element is at a first location or in a first working state, and performing image capture by using the camera alone; or (ii) when the target magnification is greater than a maximum magnification of the camera, setting a magnification of the camera to a first magnification, determining that the reflection element is at a second location or in a second working state, and performing image capture by using both the camera and a teleconverter, where a product of the first magnification and a magnification of the teleconverter is the target magnification. The method increases a surveillance distance while reducing costs.

    Abstract: A method of securing a layer of colloidal crystals to a substrate is provided, to enhance durability of an aesthetic effect provided by the colloidal crystals. The method involves depositing a layer of colloidal crystals formed of mono-dispersed particles on the substrate. Subsequently, a layer of water-borne coating is applied to the layer of colloidal crystals. To be effective, the water-borne coating should have a curing temperature that is less than the polymer glass transition temperature of the mono-dispersed particles forming the colloidal crystals. The water-borne coating penetrates through the colloidal crystals to the substrate thus retaining the colloidal crystals in place. The curing temperature of the water-borne coating ensures that the colloidal crystals are not damaged by the process for curing the coating.

The nano-copper powder prepared by the method in accordance with the present invention is dispersible in both water and environment-friendly weak solvents, which can be used to prepare weak solvent-type electrically conductive ink.

The electrically conductive ink in accordance with the disclosure has advantages of high safety, low volatility, low toxicity, high flash point, resistant to ultraviolet radiation and moisture etc., and can be used with uncoated bearing substrates, and is suitable for use in outdoor environments.

The planographic printing plate according to the present invention may be printed by using water-based ink, so it can avoid the environmental pollution caused by using solvent-based ink during planographic printing. Further, through the cooperation of the hydrophobic priming coat formed by the hydrophobic primer liquid and the hydrophilic graphic layer formed by the printing plate-making ink, printed matters with desirable image resolution can be obtained.

    Abstract: A coating material for an aluminum substrate for inkjet computer-to-plate and preparation method and use of same. The composition of the coating material is: high polymer 5-40 wt %; nano-sized and/or micro-sized oxide particles 5-30 wt %; organic solvent constituting the remainder. The high polymer is at least one selected from the group consisting of MMA-BMA-MA terpolymer resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane, polyester, urea-formaldehyde resin, polyvinyl formal, polyvinyl butyral and gum arabic. The preparation method for obtaining the coating material is to mix the ingredients together and stir at room temperature. A spin coating method or a roll coating method is used to coat the coating material onto a clean aluminum substrate having not undergone electrolytic graining and anodic oxidation treatment, and then the substrate is baked, resulting in the required roughness.
