  • Publication number: 20240263250
Abstract: An insertion and deletion (InDel) molecular marker of a hisD gene of ultrasonically-mutagenized Salmonella typhimurium (S. typhimurium) and use thereof are provided. Through ultrasonic mutagenesis to S. typhimurium and sequencing, it is found that all InDel mutations occur in a core mutation region of the hisD gene. Therefore, the core mutation region is used as the InDel molecular marker to determine an insertion or a deletion of a gene reverse mutation, and the InDel molecular marker can also be used to analyze a relationship between a sequence of the hisD gene and a function of a protein encoded thereby.

  • Publication number: 20230408989
Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to advanced process control for assets and/or processes using instance-based learning. In this regard, an event indicator related to a change event associated with operation of an asset is received. In response to the event indicator, one or more insights for one or more real-time settings for the asset are determined based at least in part on a comparison between a current operating condition digital signature for the asset and historical operating condition digital signature for the asset. Additionally, the one or more real-time settings for the asset are adjusted based on the one or more insights to provide one or more adjusted settings for the asset.

  • Publication number: 20230408985
Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to calculating asset capability using model predictive control and/or industrial process optimization. In this regard, an optimization request to optimize an industrial process that produces an industrial process product is received. In response to the optimization request, asset modeling data is obtained from one or more asset performance management systems for an asset associated with the industrial process. Also in response to the optimization request, one or more real-time operating limits for the industrial process are adjusted based at least in part on the asset modeling data obtained from the one or more asset performance management systems. Furthermore, a control signal configured based at least in part on the one or more real-time operating limits is transmitted to a controller configured for optimization associated with the industrial process that produces the industrial process product.

  • Publication number: 20230075005
Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to intelligently detecting and predicting asset anomalies and faults. Such detection is enabled by generating feature that capture relationships between asset sensor values and different operation conditions or states of assets. In this regard, one or more features based at least on sensor data collected from a plurality of sensors associated with an asset are generated, and a data stream comprising data associated with the asset is received. An anomaly score for the data stream is then determined based at least on the one or more features. In accordance with determining whether the anomaly score is indicative of a potential fault of the asset, fault data indicative of the potential fault is generated, and presentation of the fault data and an indication of the one or more features considered in the determination of the anomaly score via the user interface is caused.
