  • Patent number: 10291968
Abstract: For controlling synchronization between a multimedia flow and a related social network thread, a device able to capture the multimedia flow and the social network thread selects (S1) a time interval, determines (S2) a list of multimedia keywords associated with the multimedia flow and determines (S3) a list of social keywords associated with the social network thread, each multimedia keyword and each social keyword being associated with a timestamp.

  • Publication number: 20180060916
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method, content management server and a related display device for rendering a set of content assets at a display device of a plurality of display devices. Each display device of said plurality of display devices being coupled to a content management server, where the content management server is configured to distribute content assets to each display device of said plurality of display devices. Each display device having an audience comprising at least one user for consuming said set of content assets rendered at said display device, whereat first an aggregated content is obtained by retrieving content assets from a plurality of content sources content and subsequently for a display device of said plurality of display devices, a set of content assets (for presenting on said display device) is selected from said aggregated content, based on a estimation of content assets already consumed by each user of said audience of said display device.

  • Publication number: 20160255036
Abstract: For an association of a social network message written by a user in a social device (SD) with a related multimedia flow received by a broadcast receiver device (BRD), a correlation device (CD) detects the presence of the broadcast receiver device (BRD) receiving a multimedia flow in the same location as the social device (SD), extracts social keywords (SK) from a social message written by the user, requests the broadcast receiver device (BRD) for metadata about the received multimedia flow and extracting multimedia keywords (MK) from the metadata of the multimedia flow, provides a correlation coefficient (CoC) as a result of a probabilistic measure between the multimedia keywords (MK) and the social keywords (SK), and retrieves an identifier (OH) of a social network thread associated with the multimedia flow. If the correlation coefficient (CoC) is greater than a first predefined threshold, the retrieved identifier is added to the text of the social message.

  • Publication number: 20150293912
Abstract: Process for selecting at least one relevant multimedia analyser (1, 1a) for a multimedia content (2) to be analysed in a network, said process providing for: —extracting and analysing the social interactions (3) relating to said nnultinnedia content to identify a social footprint (4) for said nnultinnedia content; —using said social footprint for selecting said relevant nnultinnedia analyser; —suggesting said relevant nnultinnedia analyser for analysing said nnultinnedia content.

  • Publication number: 20120266145
Abstract: An apparatus (D) is dedicated to analyzing the use by at least one user of at least one user interface (IG) associated with an application (AP). This apparatus (D) comprises analysis means (MA) operative to compare first data representative of first actions performed by the user by means of that user interface (IG) in order to carry out tasks required by the associated application (AP), with second data, representative of second actions that that user should have performed by means of that user interface (IG) in order to carry out those required tasks, and third data, representative of the way in which that user should have performed those second actions, in order to determine any differences representative of shortcomings of that user interface (IG).

  • Publication number: 20090265480
Abstract: The invention pertains to a method for determining complementary data regarding at least one piece of content transmitted over a telecommunication network, said data being associated with at least one portion of said content's address, comprising the following steps: an address (9) of at least one piece of content is received, as is complementary data (11,11?) associated with said address (9), said received address (9) is compared with saved content addresses (10) in order to determine at least one shared address portion, at least one piece of recurring complementary data is identified within the complementary data (11,11?) associated with said received address (9) and with said saved addresses (10) having a shared address portion, and said shared address portion, as well as the identified associated recurring complementary data, are saved.

  • Publication number: 20090259721
Abstract: IMS Quietude Manager is a method and device for unifying reaction to an undesired contact regardless of communication means. In the preferred embodiment, the methodology involves utilizing a quietude key integrated in the IMS client that activates a quietude manager of an IMS. The quietude manager is capable of accessing the reachability server, the Group List Management Server (GLMS) and the presence server of the IMS to provide an appropriate response to any given communication.
