  • Publication number: 20240133490
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a bainite geological drilling pipe, comprising the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: 0.14-0.22% of C, 0.2-0.55% of Si, 2.1-2.9% of Mn, 0.01-0.04% of Nb, 0.015-0.04% of Al, 0.001-0.005% of B, 0<N?0.007%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a content ratio of Al to N is Al/N?3. In addition, the present disclosure further provides a manufacturing method for the bainite geological drilling pipe, comprising the following steps: (1) performing smelting and casting on molten steel to obtain a pipe blank; (2) performing heating, piercing, continuous rolling and sizing on the pipe blank to obtain a pipe body; and (3) performing two-stage air cooling on the pipe body; in first-stage air cooling, performing air circular blowing cooling on the outer surface of the pipe body, the temperature before cooling is greater than or equal to Ar/3+50° C., the cooling rate is 5-15° C./s, and cooling to a temperature range from Bs-100° C. to Bs-50° C.

  • Publication number: 20230042495
Abstract: In coarse memory training approaches, a multiple of a base timing interval is used to reduce the sampling time in a sweep sampling approach during memory training to determine the timing offset between a non-clock memory signal and a memory clock to ensure reliable memory operation at high frequencies. In a hierarchical memory training method, a coarse memory training step is employed to determine adjustable timing offsets where a memory captures the rising and falling edges of a non-clock memory signal and those adjustable timing offsets are used in a subsequent fine memory training step to refine the timing offsets where the memory captures the rising and falling edges of the non-clock memory signal. The hierarchical approach can determine timing offsets for non-clock memory signals with the accuracy of existing (non-coarse, non-hierarchical) memory training methods in less time than the existing methods.

  • Patent number: 10651652
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer media for managing frequency response in a power grid are provided herein. Individual grid-connected electrical devices can be turned on and/or off by corresponding frequency-responsive load controllers when frequency deviations beyond a threshold are detected. Each controller selects, for the corresponding electrical device, a frequency threshold from available frequencies in a frequency range. If the selected frequency falls within a deadband frequency range, then the controller sets the frequency threshold to a frequency outside of the deadband (e.g., to a closest available frequency outside of the deadband). On a system-wide level, this approximates a uniform distribution of frequency thresholds over the entire frequency range, including the deadband, and achieves the proper power-to-frequency relationship for grid stability.
