  • Patent number: 11174033
Abstract: The invention concerns an insulating part comprising a sealed casing defining an inner enclosure (7), the part having thermal conductivity of less than 100 mW/m.K, the sealed casing (3) comprising at least one thin metal sheet (30, 31) having a thickness of less than 1 mm and welded peripherally to keep the enclosure under low pressure and/or controlled atmosphere, the weld, which is produced in a chamber under low pressure and/or controlled atmosphere, having a leakage rate of less than 10?6 Pa·m3/s, after a first thermal treatment according to the standard RTCA-DO 160-G, section 5, Cat A (from ?55° C. to 400° C.) and a second thermal treatment at ?196° C. for 1 hour.

  • Publication number: 20110079336
Abstract: The present invention relates to a puncture-resistant device for a non-pneumatic mounted assembly of a two-wheeled vehicle, in particular for a bicycle, and to such a mounted assembly incorporating this device. The invention applies to a mounted assembly with no inflation pressure, the tire of which is permanently supported by this puncture-resistant device. This puncture-resistant device (30) comprises an annular support (30), which is intended to be mounted between a rim (10) and a tire (20) of this mounted assembly (1) so as to permanently support this tire and which is constituted of a crosslinked rubber composition of cellular type having closed cells, the composition being based on at least one elastomer and comprising a reinforcing inorganic filler and at least one organic blowing agent.

  • Patent number: 6460336
Abstract: A housing (2) for a master cylinder (1) having a bore (3) in which a piston (4) is slideable to pressurize fluid ahead of a main seal (5) on the piston for the supply of pressurized fluid to an outlet (10). Two inlet openings (7,8) are provided into the bore, a first opening (7) for recuperation of fluid from an associated reservoir to that part (6) of the bore ahead of the main piston seal (5) when the piston is in a retracted position and a second opening (8) placing that portion (11) of the bore between the main piston seal and a second piston seal (9) behind the main seal in permanent communication with the reservoir. The housing also has an external inlet connection (41) formed integrally with the housing. The inlet connection has a free end for direct connection with a conduit (41a) connected with the associated reservoir and having a passage (42) for connection with the conduit which opens into the housing bore at the first (7) and second (8) openings.
