    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a chip select signal control circuit. The chip select signal control circuit includes: a first control signal generation circuit, a second control signal generation circuit, a chip select signal sampling circuit, and a logic control circuit. The first control signal generation circuit outputs a first control signal according to a first chip select sampling signal and a first command address sampling signal obtained in the previous two system sampling periods. The second control signal generation circuit outputs a second control signal according to a second chip select sampling signal and a second command address sampling signal obtained in the previous system sampling period. The logic control circuit controls the output of a current chip select sampling signal according to the first control signal and the second control signal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a command sampling circuit and a memory. The command sampling circuit includes a sampling circuit and a delay circuit. The sampling circuit samples a memory command separately in response to a first sampling edge and a second sampling edge of a sampling clock, and outputs a first cycle command and a second cycle command; the delay circuit delays a command output at a first output end of the sampling circuit and then outputs a delayed command; a command decoding circuit receives an output clock, decodes the commands output by the sampling circuit, and outputs a current decoded result as decoding information of the memory command; an address output circuit receives the output clock and outputs, in response to the output edge, a command currently output at a second output end of the sampling circuit as address information of the memory command.

The circuit includes: a command predecoding circuit, configured to decode partial command bits in a command, to obtain a predecoded command signal; a command decoding circuit, configured to decode the command, to obtain an internal command signal; a counter circuit, configured to count a clock cycle based on an initial clock signal, to generate a first counting signal and a second counting signal; and a clock signal interception circuit, connected to the command predecoding circuit, the command decoding circuit, and the counter circuit, and configured to intercept the initial clock signal based on the predecoded command signal, the internal command signal, the first counting signal, and the second counting signal, to obtain a target clock signal. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a dynamic loss of the memory can be reduced.

The ice melting device for the blade includes: a first heating portion; a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are arranged at two ends of the first heating portion in a length direction, respectively; and a connecting conductor, wherein the connecting conductor extends in a length direction, a first end of the connecting conductor is connected to the second electrode, and a second end of the connecting conductor and the first electrode are located at a same side. With the connecting conductor, power leads connecting to the first electrode and the second electrode are allowed be located at a same side, thereby, in a case that an old blade is modified, an increase of a layer thickness caused by the power leads may be greatly reduced.
