Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of driving display, and a display device. The method of driving display includes: scanning, progressively or rows by rows, a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in an N×M array, to turn on each row of sub-pixels scanned, so that a duration in which two adjacent rows of sub-pixels are simultaneously in an ON state is greater than or equal to two times a unit scanning time, wherein the unit scanning time is a time required for scanning a row of sub-pixels, N is an integer greater than 1, and M is an integer greater than 1; and applying data signals to at least two rows of sub-pixels simultaneously in the ON state, so that a duration of applying the data signals to each row of sub-pixels is greater than the unit scanning time.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a method sends a set of first requests for a set of first segments of a video in a playback session. A first protocol from a plurality of protocols is specified in at least one of the set of first requests. The set of first segments is received. The method determines whether to switch from using the first protocol to a second protocol in the playback session based on receiving the set of first segments. When switching to the second protocol, the method sends a second request in the playback session, wherein the second request indicates the second protocol is to be used to send a second segment of the video.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for evaluating the macro resilience of offshore oil well control equipment. The method for evaluating the macro resilience of offshore oil well control equipment comprises six steps: determining the type and strength of external disaster; calculating the failure rate of components; calculating the recovery rate of the components; modeling the BN for a degradation process; modeling the BN for a maintenance process; and calculating the resilience of the offshore oil well control equipment. A system for evaluating the macro resilience of offshore oil well control equipment comprises an external disaster evaluation module, a component failure rate calculation subsystem, a reliability degradation process simulation module, a fault identification module, a component recovery rate calculation module, a reliability recovery process simulation module, a reliability change curve derivation unit and an resilience calculation unit.

Abstract: A local area network (LAN) communication management method includes obtaining, by an access and mobility management function (AMF) network element, registration area information of the terminal, the LAN identifier (ID) of the terminal, and the service area information corresponding to the LAN ID, determining, by the AMF network element, LAN communication area information of the terminal based on the registration area information of the terminal and the service area information corresponding to the LAN ID, sending, by the AMF network element, LAN information of the terminal to the terminal, where the LAN information of the terminal includes the LAN ID and the LAN communication area information of the terminal, and managing, by the terminal, LAN communication of the terminal based on the LAN information.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a touch key design method based on a touch screen, wherein a plastic part is placed on a touch screen, so that the touch screen is equally divided into a plurality of (such as 4×4) areas with the same size. In this way, the touch screen can be regarded as a plurality of (such as 4×4) matrix touch keys. When one of the touch keys is touched by hand, an MCU (a main control unit of a recording software controller) determines which touch key is pressed through the X and Y coordinate values returned by the touch screen, and then controls the corresponding functions. On the touch screen, not only the function name of the recording software corresponding to each touch key is displayed, but also the state of pressing or releasing the touch key and the state about whether the corresponding function on the recording software is activated or non-activated can be displayed in real time.

Abstract: A local area network communication method, a device, and a system, to implement private communication across session management network elements for a local area network service.
