Abstract: The present application provides a battery box body and a battery module. The battery box body incudes a base plate assembly and a side beam assembly, where the base plate assembly is divided into a first region and a second region. Where a first pressure relief cavity is defined by an outer plate and an inner plate of the base plate assembly, the battery cells are occluded on a portion of a cavity wall of the first pressure relief cavity. A second pressure relief cavity is defined by the support plate and the inner plate, and other portion of the cavity wall of the first pressure relief cavity is communicated with the second pressure relief cavity. A third pressure relief cavity is defined by an inner cavity of the side beam assembly, the side beam assembly is installed with a pressure relief valve communicated with the third pressure relief cavity.

The side beam assembly is disposed at an outer periphery of the base plate assembly. The side beam assembly and the base plate assembly define an accommodating cavity, and the accommodating cavity includes at least one installation area. The installation area is provided with the battery cell group. The battery cell group includes a plurality of battery cells, and the plurality of battery cells are fixedly disposed on the base plate assembly. According to the battery pack and the vehicle, each battery cell is fixedly disposed on the base plate assembly in the installation area. The plurality of the battery cells disposed in installation area defines a battery cell group.

Abstract: Disclosed are a CCS, a battery module structure and a battery. The CCS is arranged at the tops of a plurality of cells, and a gap is formed between adjacent cells. The CCS includes a fixing frame and a bus bar. The fixing frame is arranged at the tops of the cells, and is provided with a plurality of positioning protrusions, the positioning protrusion can extend into the gap between adjacent cells and makes contact with the side faces of the cells, and the fixing frame is also provided with installation holes. The bus bar is embedded in the installation holes, makes contact with the cells and electrically connects the plurality of cells.

Abstract: A thermal management power battery assembly and a battery pack having a plurality of the thermal management power battery assemblies connected in series. The battery assembly includes a plurality of staggered battery cells, a thermal conduction module, a liquid cooling module, and a battery cell fixing module for fixing the battery cells. The battery cell fixing module includes a battery cell position limiting device, and assembly supporting device located at two sides of the battery cell position limiting device; the liquid cooling module is integrated in the assembly supporting device; the thermal conduction module is simultaneously in contact with the battery cells and the assembly supporting device. The liquid cooling module is integrated with the assembly supporting device. The liquid cooling module is intergrated with the assembly supporting device.
