    Abstract: An uplink transmission method is applied to a terminal device for which C-DRX is configured. The method includes: obtaining a grant from a network device, where the grant is usable to indicate the terminal device to respectively transmit n PUSCHs in n uplink time units. After transmitting a first PUSCH in any one or more of a 1st uplink time unit to an (n?m?1)th uplink time unit, the terminal device does not start a first drx-HARQ-RTT-TimerUL corresponding to the first PUSCH. The n uplink time units include the 1st uplink time unit and the (n?m?1)th uplink time unit, and m is a non-negative integer less than n?1. The n PUSCHs include the first PUSCH. An uplink time unit with a higher serial number in the n uplink time units is later.

According to the present disclosure, a unit commitment of a hydro-power station and an operational solution of a reservoir are considered, so that photovoltaic output can be consumed by fully using a characteristic that the hydro-power unit is easy to regulate, and a demand for peak regulation of a power grid can be satisfied.

    Abstract: To facilitate crosstalk analysis for an IC design, a plurality of input vectors are input into a gate-level simulation. In response, the gate-level simulation determines timing windows for all nets within the IC design, may perform aggressor pruning, and may then determine and output aggressor/victim pairs and associated features for the IC design. This gate-level simulation may be accelerated utilizing one or more graphics processor units (GPUs). Additionally, the aggressor/victim pairs and associated features for the IC design are then input into a trained machine learning environment, which outputs predicted delta delays for each of the aggressor/victim pairs. In this way, crosstalk analysis may be performed more accurately and efficiently.
