    Abstract: Disclosed are a lidar, and a detection method for the lidar. The lidar includes a plurality of laser transceiver module groups, each configured to be integrated with at least one laser transmitting end and at least one laser receiving end, and a scanning module. The plurality of laser transceiver module groups are arranged in a distributed manner relative to the scanning module, and an at least partially stitched field of view of the lidar is formed by sub-fields of view correspondingly formed by the plurality of laser transceiver module groups. Further disclosed are a lidar and a manufacturing method for the lidar. The lidar includes a laser transmitting end, a laser receiving end, a scanning module and an isolation mechanism. A scanning component of the scanning module is constructed as a rotatable plate-shaped double-faceted mirror or a rotatable prism.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for generating regressors based on data sparsity using a machine learning (ML) model are described. A system is configured to provide a plurality of time series datasets to a recurrent neural network (RNN) of a machine learning (ML) model. The RNN generates one or more outputs associated with one or more time series datasets, and the system provides a first portion and a second portion of the one or more outputs to a regressor layer and a classification layer of the ML model, respectively. The regressor layer generates one or more regressors for the one or more time series datasets, and the classification layer generates one or more classifications associated with the one or more regressors (with each indicating whether an associated regressor is valid). Whether a classification indicates a regressor is valid may be based on time series data sparsity.

    Abstract: A multi-point scanning lidar is disclosed, including at least one laser emitting end for emitting laser light, a scanning device, at least one light path transmission mechanism and a laser receiving end. The scanning device forms at least one light guide surface for transmitting the laser light to at least one target object. The light path transmission mechanism is arranged between the laser emitting end and the scanning device. The scanning device is arranged on a laser light path in such a manner that the light guide surface successively transmits the laser light to different parts of the target object. The laser light path is a path on which the laser light is transmitted to the target object via the light path transmission mechanism, wherein the laser receiving end receives and analyzes the laser light reflected by the target object.
