The rechargeable energy storage system cell temperature, a rechargeable energy storage system state of charge a rechargeable energy storage system voltage, and a rechargeable energy storage system direct-current fast-charging current are utilized to determine when to utilize the lower coolant temperature when the rechargeable energy storage system cell temperature is greater than a specific temperature threshold instead of using a lower coolant temperature from the beginning of the direct-current fast-charging process.

    Abstract: A battery cell includes an anode, a cathode, a liquid electrolyte, and a battery cell case.     Abstract: Provided are a method for constructing a sequencing library based on a DNA sample and use. The method includes: digesting the DNA sample with endonuclease to obtain a DNA sample with single-strand nicks; polymerizing the DNA sample with the single-strand nicks by using polymerase, dATP, dTTP, dGTP, and methylated dCTP to obtain a hybrid DNA, the hybrid DNA including two reversely complementary strands, where a 5?-end of each strand is an original sequence of the DNA sample, a 3?-end of each strand is a synthetic sequence, and all bases C in the 3?-end of each strand are methylated; subjecting the hybrid DNA to bisulfite treatment or other treatment to obtain converted hybrid DNA; and amplifying the converted hybrid DNA to obtain the sequencing library. Thus, the method can be used for whole genome bisulfite sequencing or multiplex PCR targeted sequencing and probe capture sequencing.

    Abstract: An electronic package including modulated mesh planes can reduce crosstalk between adjacent signal wires. Modulated mesh planes above and below a wiring plane include sets of adjacent wires arranged parallel to signal wires within the wiring plane, and sets of adjacent wires arranged perpendicular to the signal wires. The wires in each of the mesh planes are electrically interconnected and insulated from the signal wires by a dielectric layer. The electronic package also includes a region of the mesh planes having the adjacent wires that are perpendicular to the signal wires separated by a first distance, and another region of the mesh planes having adjacent wires perpendicular to the signal wires separated by a distance greater than the first distance. A set of rectangular mesh areas of the mesh planes can be populated with supplemental wires and via interconnect structures which can further reduce crosstalk.
