Abstract: Disclosed are a flame retardant and fully biodegradable plastic, a manufacturing method of the same, and an application of the same. A flame retardant and fully biodegradable plastic, prepared from following components with amount by weight: a biodegradable plastic: 70-95 parts; a flame retardant: 1-15 parts; an anti-oxidant: 0-1 part; a lubricant: 0-2 parts; a compatibility agent: 0-3 parts; and a color powder: 0-5 parts; wherein the biodegradable plastic consists of PBS, PBAT, and PLA, and the weight ratio thereof is PLA:PBAT:PBS=1:(1-4):(0-1); the flame retardant consists of decabromodiphenyl ether and diantimony trioxide, and the weight ratio thereof is decabromodiphenyl ether:diantimony trioxide=1:(1-10).

Abstract: It is provided a portable tester for leakage rate of a cylinder of an automobile engine. The portable tester includes a shell; wherein a circuit board and a manifold body are provided in the shell; a throttle hole is provided inside the manifold body, the shell includes a front shell and a rear shell; a display and a control key are provided respectively at an upper end of and at a middle part of the front shell; the circuit board is provided with a decoding drive electrically connected with the display, and a single chip microcomputer unit is provided on the decoding drive and electrically connected with the control key; an air inlet connecter and an air outlet connector are provided at the lower end of the front shell. Two ends of the manifold body are provided with sensors electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer unit.

Abstract: A construction method for a shallow-buried multi-arch tunnel under water-rich geological conditions includes the following steps: cleaning a grouting ground surface; marking a grouting reinforcement scope; performing survey setting-out; drawing a cross-section diagram to scale; calculating out coordinates and angles of anchor points that need to be set; marking drilling positions; nailing small wooden piles at the drilling positions for identifying; determining a setting depth of the anchor rods according to ground elevation; drilling holes, cleaning bottom of hole, grouting, performing construction preparation, performing long pipe shed construction at the entrance after an earth-rock of a tunnel entrance and an open cut tunnel is excavated to flush with a springing line of the tunnel. A down-the-hole drill is used for drilling in construction. Long pipe shed grouting is designed based on solidifying a soil mass in limited scope around a consolidation pipe shed.
