  • Patent number: 11824745
Abstract: A snapshot of a computer network system is taken in a virtualized environment. During a recording phase, a network message is recorded as it enters the computer network system. A logger generates log data that includes the headers of the network message as it enters and exits each server in the computer network system. An analysis server automatically analyzes the log data and determines whether there was a modification to a header of a network message and where the modification occurred. The contents of the changes reflected in the log data indicates functionality of the servers in the computer network system. The analysis server determines the dependencies between servers in the computer network system. The recorded data is used for test replays.

  • Publication number: 20230224638
Abstract: The subject matter described herein provides systems and techniques for controlling the production of eNoise in an audio playback system. The eNoise may be an audible noise produced when a current, such as a noise/ripple current, flows through a battery of the audio playback system. Such eNoise may be reduced by limiting the current, such as noise/ripple current, flowing through the battery. In some examples, the noise/ripple current may be diverted to the main board of the audio playback system by adding a source of current. A circuit to produce such a current may include transistor(s), capacitor(s), and/or resistor(s). Using the current source and/or such a circuit may also divert the noise/ripple current away from the battery, thereby reducing the eNoise produced.

  • Patent number: 11693521
Abstract: This document describes techniques and devices for detecting twist input with an interactive cord. An interactive cord may be constructed with one or more conductive yarns wrapped around a cable in a first direction (e.g., clockwise), and one or more conductive yarns wrapped around the cable in a second direction that is opposite the first direction (e.g., counter-clockwise). A controller measures one or more capacitance values associated with the conductive yarns. In response to detecting a change in the one or more capacitance values, the controller determines that the change in the capacitance values corresponds to twist input caused by the user twisting the interactive cord. Then, the controller initiates one or more functions based on the twist input, such as by controlling audio to a headset by increasing or decreasing the volume, scrolling through menu items, and so forth.

  • Publication number: 20230209245
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a magnetic system within a case for an electronic accessory. The case may include a housing portion and a lid coupled to the housing portion. Within the housing portion may be a housing magnet. The housing magnet may be oriented such that the magnetic field of the housing magnet is oriented transverse to a longitudinal axis of the case. The housing magnet may have a size and strength to magnetically couple the electronic accessory within a cavity of the housing. A hinge magnet may be located along an axis of rotation of the lid with respect to the housing. The hinge magnet and housing magnet may magnetically interact to form a bistable magnetic hinge. Thus, the one housing magnet may be large enough and have a strong enough magnetic field to perform various functions.

  • Publication number: 20230110268
Abstract: A high permeability metal (mu-metal) shield is placed in close proximity of a main logic board (MLB) of a wearable device, such as an earbud, to reduce eNoise. Radio frequency current flow induced by an antenna radiator will flow over the MLB and its associated ground plane, including the mu-metal shield. To reduce an impact of the mu-metal shield on antenna performance, a coating process is done on the mu-metal shield, by developing a thin layer of high conductivity, low permeability copper or silver on top of the mu-metal.
