The method and system lower the amount of work for path management and the amount of required resources.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a zero point calibration method and apparatus for a pressure sensor of an anesthesia machine. The method comprises: performing zero point calibration on an airway pressure sensor of the anesthesia machine (110); restarting and carrying out startup self-testing (120); and judging whether pressure change values of the airway pressure sensor and an ambient pressure sensor are the same, and if the values are the same, performing zero point calibration on the ambient pressure sensor according to a zero point of the airway pressure sensor (130). By the method of the invention, zero point calibration for a pressure sensor of an anesthesia machine can be realized via a simple operation, thereby avoiding errors in operation.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a starting up self-testing method of an airway pressure sensor for an anesthesia machine. In a manual state, a pressure value of the pressure sensor is detected, and after the detection, if the value is within an airway pressure measurement range but not within a sensor zero point voltage range, the anesthesia machine is switched to a machine-controlled state to detect the pressure value of the pressure sensor, so that under the machine-controlled state, an airway is in communication with a bellows to enable gas possibly left in the airway to flow into the bellows to thus change the pressure value in the airway, and hence if the current pressure value of the pressure sensor is reduced or directly in the sensor zero point voltage range, the pressure sensor is valid.

This goal defines the theoretically correct variables to determine the speech translation system output using a Bayesian decision rule. These theoretically correct variables are modified in practical use due to known imperfections of the various models used in building the full speech translation system. The disclosed approach also employs automatic training of these variables using minimum classification error (MCE) criterion.
