By adjusting the driving voltage level of the wide bandgap semiconductor power unit using the level adjusting unit, the wide bandgap semiconductor device may serve as a high-voltage enhancement-mode transistor to achieve reduced costs and an increased switching speed.

The method starts a second motion sensor to sense a second position of the vehicle controls a second camera to capture a second image of the vehicle, and records a second time. The method calculates a moving distance of the vehicle according to the first and the second position and the length of the vehicle, and calculates a speed of the vehicle according to the moving distance, the first time and the second time.

Then, the top half is removed, so the collection can is fully filled with powder lumps. The newly designed powder can increases storage efficiency and reduces waste of space by accommodating more powder lumps than traditional powder can. With the same total amount of powder, the new powder can enables fewer number of storage cans.
