    Abstract: An array substrate comprises a common electrode, an insulation layer, and a sensing layer, the common electrode comprises the touch electrodes, they are in spaced arrangement, the sensing layer comprises the touch traces and the suspending traces, the touch trace is disposed above the touch electrode and electrically connects to the touch electrode by the through hole, the suspending trace is disposed above the interval between two of the touch electrodes and electrically connects to the touch trace by the first trace. Using the electrical connection between the suspending trace and the touch trace, the electrical potentials of the suspending trace and the touch electrode are the same, the difference of the electric field between the interval area of the adjacent touch electrodes and the touch electrode decreases for avoiding the electric field formed in the data line under the touch electrode ingresses into the liquid crystal layer.

Each of the pixel electrodes is arranged in the corresponding pixel region and electrically connects to the corresponding scan line and the corresponding data line. Each touch electrode corresponds to at least one pixel region; at least an opening portion is formed at the overlapping regions between each of the touch electrode and at least one of the scan lines and the data line to reduce the coupling capacitance. Through the above-described manner, the disclosure can effectively improve the precision of the touch screen.

    Abstract: An embedded touch panel and the manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The embedded touch panel includes a TFT substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a color filter, a polarizer and a glass cover arranged in sequence, wherein the polarizer is a non-conductive polarizer. A transparent conductive layer is arranged between the polarizer and the color filter. The TFT substrate includes at least one grounded pin, and the transparent conductive layer electrically connects with the grounded pin on the TFT substrate. In view of the above, the transparent conductive layer and the non-conductive polarizer may replace the high impedance polarizer of the embedded touch panel so as to greatly reduce the manufacturing cost. In addition, by bonding the frame of the polarizer, the bubble issue occurring when bonding the polarizer may be avoided.

    Abstract: A touch display device, a controlling method, and a circuit thereof are disclosed. During a touch stage, under the control of a control circuit, the TFTs of the touch display device are all turned off, and a same control signal is provided to the data line and the common electrode. The data line and the common electrode always have a same electric potential during the touch stage, and thus the parasite capacitor that is formed by the data line and the common electrode cannot be charged. According to the present disclosure, the influence of the aforesaid parasite capacitor on the touch detection signal can be avoided effectively, and thus the accuracy of the touch detection can be improved.

The capacitive sensing device includes a first conductive line extended along a first direction and a second conductive line extended along a second direction. The first and second connecting bridges are smooth conductive lines.
