    Abstract: A superconducting quantum processor unit (QPU) comprising a resonator having a resonator frequency ?C coupled between a control qubit having a control frequency ?L and a target qubit having a target frequency ?R. The control frequency ?L is detuned from the target frequency ?R at less than a detuning gap of the resonator frequency ?C. A microwave drive applies to the resonator a resonator drive frequency ?cd at a drive strength substantially equal to a ZZ-free operating point 0 of a controlled phase for the control qubit, resonator, and target qubit to induce entanglement between the control and target qubits. The effective ZZ coupling between the control and target qubits vanishes at operating point 0. The resonator may be of either a 2D or a 3D high-coherence resonator type. Control and target qubits may be of a fixed-frequency transmon type (e.g., cross-resonance (CR) Controlled-NOT (CNOT) or adiabatic Controlled-Z (CZ)).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system, device, and method for the high throughput multiplexed detection of a wide number of compounds. The invention comprises of a microwell array coupled to a capture agent array to form a plurality of interfaces between a microwell and a set of immobilized capture agents. The set of capture agents comprises a plurality of distinguishable features, with each feature corresponding to the detection of a particular compound of interest. In certain embodiments, each microwell is configured to contain a single cell. The invention is therefore capable of performing a high throughput analysis of single cell profiles, including profiles of secreted compounds.

In the presence of HSA or BSA, the detection group is cut off to form a parent structure that exposes atomic oxygen anions and is activated under external light irradiation, the luminescent probe can be used in solution or cells, when detecting HSA or BSA, the luminescent probe has obvious chemiluminescence characteristics, which can sensitively distinguish HSA and BSA, quantitatively analyze HSA and BSA, and determine the mixing ratio of HSA and BSA at the same time, and the luminescent probe has been successfully used for cell fluorescence imaging.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a power converter, a slope signal generator and a slope signal generation method thereof. The power converter comprises an inductor and a switch transistor coupled between the input terminal and the output terminal. The slope signal generator comprises: a proportion transformation circuit, for performing proportion transformation on the current sense signal of the inductor to obtain a replicated signal; and an offset compensation circuit, for performing offset compensation on the replicated signal to obtain a slope signal, wherein the slope change of the slope signal characterizes the inductance value change of the inductor. The slope signal generator of the power converter can adaptively adjust the slope of the slope signal during the switching cycle, dynamically compensate for the fluctuation of the inductance value, improve the effect of suppressing subharmonic oscillation, thus enhancing the input and output voltage range and stability of the power converter.

    Abstract: A catalyst for inducing thermal desorption of organic matter-contaminated soil and a preparation method thereof, which uses a colloidal mixture of ferroferric oxide and ferric chloride as a catalytic active component of thermal desorption, and carbon tetrachloride as a solvent. Based on the mass of solvent, a mass percentage of catalytic active component is 0.1%-15%. Ammonia water is added dropwise to ferric chloride aqueous solution to react in oil bath to generate a ferroferric oxide colloidal solution, then ferric chloride and obtained ferroferric oxide colloidal solution are added to carbon tetrachloride, and mixed solution is continuously stirred in an oil bath to evaporate solvent water to prepare a catalyst with carbon tetrachloride as solvent. Catalyst is environmentally friendly and can induce thermal desorption of organic matters in soil. 100% desorption of chlorobenzene, o-xylene and benzo[A]anthracene can be achieved at 130° C., and energy consumption of thermal desorption is greatly reduced.
