  • Patent number: 7568928
Abstract: A card connector is mounted on a PCB and has an insulative housing, a plurality of terminals, a pair of hook assemblies and a tray. The terminals are mounted on the insulative housing. The hook assemblies are mounted on the insulative housing and each hook assembly has a hook and a sheath. The sheath covers the hook. The tray is mounted slidably on the insulative housing and has two slides and two positioning notches defined respectively in the slides and selectively engaged respectively with sheathes on the hooks. The sheathes prevent the hooks from wearing the tray and prevent the slides from deviating.

  • Patent number: 6364707
Abstract: A grounding device of an electric connector is disclosed. An insulating seat is installed with a plurality of terminals and is installed with a spacer. A housing encloses the insulating seat and made of metal material. A clamping piece has a shape and is made of metal material. The clamping piece is positioned to the spacer and the housing. Two sides of a meddle connecting piece of the clamping piece each are protruded with a combining portion. A pair of ground pieces has a T shape with one end being a retainer and another two ends being resisting portions. The retainer is inserted into the middle connecting piece of the clamping piece. A punched buckling portion is formed on the retainer near the resisting portion. Thereby, the combining portion is inserted into a hollow chamber in the buckling portion and is pressed and thus fixed therein. Between the buckling portion of the retainer and the resisting portion is formed with an oblique extended bending portion.

  • Patent number: 6312267
Abstract: An audio connector grounding piece is disclosed. A primary seat has an inserting hole facing outwards and installed at a front end surface of the primary seat. An edge of the inserting hole is formed with an annular groove; and the inner surface of the annular groove is installed with a cambered strip. A top surface and a bottom surface of the primary seat being installed with a pair of buckles and two inward folded edges, respectively, which are formed as a ⊂ shape. Buckles are embedded into the respective grooves at two end of a frame. A lower end plate of the frame is connected to a ground leg; and the lateral plate of the frame has a through hole. A ground piece folded into two halves is buckled to the inner folded edge of the primary seat by the outer folding at a top of the longitudinal plate. The ground piece has a longitudinal plate and a tilt plate each of which has respective holes. A bush has an outer surface which has three stages and are reduced towards the primary seat gradually.
