The memory comprises multiple input and output lines crossing each other, multiple cells respectively disposed at intersections of the input and output lines, and multiple sense amplifiers respectively connected to the output lines. In the method, an input cycle of kth bits respectively in an input data is adaptively divided into multiple sub-cycles, wherein a number of the divided sub-cycles is determined according to a value of k. The kth bits of the input data are inputted to the input lines with the sub-cycles and computation results of the output lines are sensed by the sense amplifiers. The computation results sensed in each sub-cycle are combined to obtain the output data corresponding to the kth bits of the input data.

  • Patent number: 10648805
Abstract: A method for tracking and identifying a polluted air mass's transmission trajectory in real 3-D space. In one aspect, a polluted air mass's transmission path identification is based on a monitoring of PM2.5 concentration in cubic volumes of an air mass. The method computes a transmission path of polluted air that considers wind-pressure conversion, the displacement estimation with mass concentration, and planetary boundary layer (PBLP height constraint) for 3-D cubic grids. The resultant determination of a polluted air mass's transmission trajectory in real 3-D space generates more practical and reliable results for intensive knowledge of the transport pathways and potential pollution sources in real 3-D space.

  • Patent number: 10347990
Abstract: A low-profile dual-band filtering patch antenna and its application to LTE MIMO system are disclosed. By using two embedded U-shaped radiating patches and a multi-stub microstrip feed-line, two operating bands and four radiation nulls can been generated and individually controlled, the design is thus very simple and flexible. Based on the proposed low-profile dual-band filtering patch antenna, a MIMO antenna with a very low profile, low mutual coupling and low ECCs has been presented.
