  • Publication number: 20110102283
Abstract: An integrated multi-band antenna comprises a first conductor, a second conductor, at least one inductor member, an extension conductor, and a grounding plane. The first conductor and a first branch of the second conductor form a first coupling region. The inductor member is arranged near the first branch. The extension conductor is arranged near a second branch of the second conductor and extends therefrom to form a terminal. The terminal and first conductor form a second coupling region. The first and second coupling regions are arranged on opposite sides of the first conductor. The second branch connects to the grounding plane. The present invention adopts a design incorporating the capacitive coupling of the conductors and the choke of the inductor member, integrates the standard frequency bands of the low-frequency and high-frequency systems of the digital TV to achieve a miniaturized digital TV antenna spanning a wide range of frequency bands.

Abstract: A broadband antenna with a connection device comprises a connection unit, a signal member and a radiation conductor. The connection unit has a first side and a second side. A fixing member is arranged on the first side. The signal member is arranged inside the connection unit and has a central cable. The central cable enters the first side and emerges from the second side to form a terminal. The radiation conductor is joined to the terminal of the central cable. The connection unit is engaged with a connection interface of an electronic device. A metallic material is used to fabricate the connection unit to increase the volume of the radiation conductor, whereby the transmission bandwidth of the antenna is greatly increased. The signal member is arranged inside and integrated with the connection unit, whereby the broadband antenna is easier to assemble, and the signal is less likely to attenuate.

Abstract: A game input device and a game system using the same are described. The game system includes a physical object, a position detector, and a game console. The physical object has an identification tag, and identification information of the physical object is recorded in the identification tag. The position detector detects position information of the physical object and reads the identification information of the physical object. The game console stores and runs game software, and has a communication interface capable of communicating with the position detector to obtain the position information and the identification information of the physical object and then update a configuration of a corresponding virtual role in the game environment (a role data table) according to the position information and the identification information of the physical object. A game player can control a progress of a game by simply using the physical object and the position detector.

  • Patent number: 7301943
Abstract: There is disclosed an QoS-oriented burstification method supporting various grades of burstification delay guarantee. For the arrival packets, the packets are sequentially inserted in a sequence of windows on weight basis, thereby forming a queue. The window size together with the weight of each flow determines a maximum number of packets of each flow in a window. For the departure packets, there is generated a burst consisting of a plurality of packets from the head of the queue when either a total number of packets reaches a maximum burst size or a burst assembly timer expires.
