    Abstract: In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to detecting text in images. In some embodiments, a system for detecting text in images comprises a database configured to store images and a control circuit configured to retrieve an image, generate, based on the image, a collection of augmented images, detect characters in each of the augmented images, generate bounding boxes for the characters in each of augmented images, recognize the characters in each of the augmented images, select, based on the recognition of the characters in each of the augmented images, candidate characters, wherein the candidate characters are selected based on consistency of the recognition of the characters in each of the augmented images, detect, for the image, a color associated with the characters, and store, in the database, the image, the candidate characters, and the color associated with the characters.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of a stability design of pressure vessels and main bearing members of nuclear engineering, and discloses a new design method for an allowable compressive stress of an axially compressed cylinder. By introducing elastic-plastic influence parameters and cylinder structure characteristic parameters, a critical buckling stress values of axially compressed cylinders under different buckling failure modes and a critical buckling stress reduction factor considering the influence of initial defects are obtained. At the same time, a design safety factor of the axially compressed cylinder is given, and a new calculation flow for the allowable compressive stress of the axially compressed cylinder is put forward. The present method is of great significance to promote the development of large-scale and lightweight axially compressed cylinders in engineering.

    Abstract: A method of using BMP9 in combination with an NK cell and a PD-L1 antibody in preparing a medicament for treating liver cancer is provided. Specifically, BMP9 is loaded on a drug carrier microbubble to give a BMP9-carrying microbubble (MB-BMP9), and administered in combination with a natural killer cell (NK cell) and a programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) antibody for treating hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The present invention can significantly enhance the efficacy of existing programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) antibody therapies and significantly inhibit the growth of HCC cell graft tumors with significant efficacy.

In such an embodiment, the method comprises receiving a SIP REFER request specifying a uniform resource indicator associated with the second endpoint as a target; identifying a protocol associated with each endpoint; initiating a session with the first endpoint using an appropriate protocol; receiving media control information from the first endpoint; and connecting the session to the second endpoint using an appropriate protocol.
