Abstract: Embodiments of semiconductor devices and methods for forming the semiconductor devices are disclosed. In an example, a method for forming device openings includes forming a material layer over a first region and a second region of a substrate, the first region being adjacent to the second region, forming a mask layer over the material layer, the mask layer covering the first region and the second region, and forming a patterning layer over the mask layer. The patterning layer covers the first region and the second region and including openings corresponding to the first region. The plurality of openings includes a first opening adjacent to a boundary between the first region and the second region and a second opening further away from the boundary. Along a plane parallel to a top surface of the substrate, a size of the first opening is greater than a size of the second opening.

Abstract: A method, mobile terminal and system for counting wireless network coverage blind spots are disclosed. The method includes: the mobile terminal receiving a wireless signal, and then acquiring intensity information of the wireless signal; and after judging whether the mobile terminal enters a wireless network coverage blind spot according to the intensity information of the wireless signal, acquiring current first location information of the mobile terminal.

Abstract: A method for pre-accessing a conference telephone is disclosed in the present invention. The method includes that: a network side detects a received call whose target is a main control party after the main control party initiates an encryption conference telephone; the call is not accessed if the call is a non-encryption conversation; the call is allowed to be accessed if the call is an encryption conversation. A system for pre-accessing a conference telephone is also disclosed in the present invention, wherein, the system includes a pre-accessing processing unit and a call type detection unit of the network side. A network side device is also disclosed in the present invention. The present invention realizes the pre-accessing of the encryption conference telephone, thereby improving security of the encryption conversation as well as avoiding the problem that a user is frequently affected when performing the encryption conference telephone.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system for implementing short message encryption. Both the Mobile Station (MS) and the Mobile Switching Center (MSC) are configured with encryption-decryption modules (1), which can encrypt and decrypt the short message by using the Cipher Key (CK) as the encryption-decryption factor. The CK is variable with the Random value (RAND). The CK is not shared between the receiving end and the sending end in the whole process, so that the encrypted short message has a high confidentiality. In addition, the security of the whole transmission environment can be realized by the selectable configuration.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a system for implementing an IP multimedia subsystem dynamic phonebook service, the system comprising a terminal and an IP multimedia system, and the method comprising: when the terminal is in a network that does not support IP access, the terminal and the IP multimedia subsystem make the IP multimedia subsystem dynamic phonebook service data packet contained in a short message, and implement information interaction on the IP multimedia subsystem dynamic phonebook service between the terminal and the IP multimedia subsystem by using the short message.
