    Abstract: The present invention discloses a data processing method and apparatus based on an automatic identification system, relates to the field of communications network technologies The method comprises: a virtual station container receives data request sent by a poller, and successively checks whether each virtual station in the virtual station container has to-be-sent data in a current timeslot, where the virtual station includes a virtual timeslot allocation logic TAL device; and when a first virtual station has to-be-sent data in the current timeslot, the virtual station container reads the data in the first virtual station, and sends the read data to a transmitter. The method provided by the embodiments of the present invention is applicable to data exchange between an automatic identification system and an external network.
