    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of battery technologies, and more particularly, to a battery cell, a battery, an electric apparatus, a welding method, and a welding device. The battery cell includes: an end cover having an injection hole defined thereon; and a seal sealingly connected to the injection hole. A first weld segment and a second weld segment are formed between the seal and the end cover. An annular weld seam of the seal is formed by enclosing with at least a part of the first weld segment and at least a part of the second weld segment together. The first weld segment is formed by continuous laser light. The second weld segment is formed by pulsed laser light.

The first hole section is configured to accommodate an electrolyte injection nozzle, at least a part of a hole wall fits with an outer wall of the electrolyte injection nozzle to form an overflow prevention zone, and the overflow prevention zone is located above an electrolyte injection port in the electrolyte injection nozzle.

The electrode plate includes: a body portion having a surface at least partially coated with an active material; a tab portion arranged on at least one side of the body portion and connected to the body portion; and an opening penetrating the tab portion in a thickness direction of the tab portion. The opening has a first end and a second end that are sequentially arranged away from the body portion. The opening extends from the first end to the second end along a predetermined path. In the electrode plate of embodiments of the present disclosure, an occurrence of folding of the tab portion of the electrode plate during manufacturing can be reduced, avoiding an insufficient overcurrent area of the tab portion.
