  • Patent number: 11983848
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a frame processor for processing frames with aliasing artifacts. For example, the frame processor can include a super-resolution (SR) and anti-aliasing (AA) engine and an attention reference frame generator coupled to the SR and AA engine. The SR and AA engine can be configured to enhance resolution and remove aliasing artifacts of a frame to generate a first high-resolution frame with aliasing artifacts and a second high-resolution frame with aliasing artifacts removed. The attention reference frame generator can be configured to generate an attention reference frame based on the first high-resolution frame and the second high-resolution frame.

  • Publication number: 20240071998
Abstract: A method of packaging a semiconductor includes: positioning first and second semiconductor dies by one another on a carrier substrate, wherein first and second zones zone are defined with respect to the first die and third and fourth zones are defined with respect to the second die; forming first vias in the first zone, the first vias having a first size; forming second vias in the second zone, the second vias having a second size different from the first; forming third vias in the third zone, the third vias having a third size; forming fourth vias in the fourth zone, the fourth vias having a fourth size different from the third; and electrically connecting the first and second dies with an interconnection die such that electrical signals are exchangeable therebetween.

  • Patent number: 6853101
Abstract: Disclosed is a stator structure of a rotary device and its forming method. The method for forming a stator structure includes the steps of (a) forming a first part having a first middle portion with a through hole, and M pieces of extending portions extending from the first middle portion, (b) forming a second part having a second middle portion with a through hole, and N pieces of extending portions extending from the second middle portion, (c) alternately bending the M pieces of extending portions of the first part toward a first direction and alternately bending the N pieces of extending portions of the second part toward a second direction opposite to the first direction, respectively, and (d) correspondingly combining the first and second parts together to form the stator structure in which the bent extending portions of the first and second parts constitute a columnar portion of the stator structure for winding a coil thereon, wherein M and N are even numbers not less than four, respectively.
