Abstract: A cubic cyclodextrin framework-RGD composition (RGD-COF) and a preparation method therefor. Specifically, the cyclodextrin framework-RGD composition contains a cyclodextrin framework (COF) having a cubic structure and RGD, and can escape from phagocytosis and clearance of macrophages, enhance migration and adhesiveness to damaged blood vessels, and efficiently target and aggregate activated platelets at damaged blood vessel sites, having application prospects on targeted diagnosis and treatment of diseases associated with uncontrolled hemorrhage, atherosclerosis and cerebral apoplexy. By utilizing the advantage that a cyclodextrin-metal organic framework (CD-MOF) has controllable dimensions, a cubic cyclodextrin framework-RGD composition for nanoscale intravenous injection or microscale topically external use is provided.

  • Patent number: 10033313
Abstract: A control method for restarting a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in a rotating condition, and a device and a system thereof are provided. In the method, an electrical angular speed ?e of the PMSM is obtained based on a speed of a trailer to obtain a back electromotive force of the PMSM. The back electromotive force is compared with a voltage at a side of an inverter, and if the electromotive force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is higher than the voltage at the side of the inverter, the restarting of the PMSM is forbidden, otherwise, the restarting of the PMSM is allowed. Therefore, in the present disclosure, the low-speed operating condition and the high-speed operating condition correspond to different position angles of the rotor, and the PMSM is started based on the position angle of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 9991829
Abstract: A direct-axis current protection method and device for a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system. The method includes: pre-calculating the direct-axis current of the next moment according to the current voltage transmitted from an inverter to a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM); comparing the direct-axis current of the next moment with a maximum protection current; if the direct-axis current of the next moment is less than the maximum protection current, continuing transmitting the current voltage to the PMSM; if the direct axis current of the next moment is greater than or equal to the maximum protection current, redistributing the voltage according to a protection direct-axis current and a protection quadrature-axis current, and transmitting the redistributed voltage to the PMSM. The direct-axis current of the next moment is tended to be normal by adjusting the voltage.

  • Patent number: 8715681
Abstract: Minimal Motifs of linear B-cell epitopes in L1 structure protein from human papillomavirus type 58 (HPV 58) and their applications are disclosed. Eighteen linear epitope motifs and their extended 8-mer peptides in the L1 protein from HPV 58 are described, which can be used as antigens separately or in combination to specifically detect the serum from subjects with HPV 58 infection, or to develop preventive or therapeutic multi-epitope peptide vaccines against HPV 58 by inducing humoral immunity. Of the eighteen B-cell epitope motifs, ten of them are 100% conservative and one is highly conservative among many homologous proteins of high-risk HPVs. They can be used as candidate “universal” epitopes to develop preventive or therapeutic HPV vaccines. The amino acid sequences of the epitope motifs and the 8-mer peptide formula of the invention are shown below in SEQ ID No. 1-2, 2B, 3, 3B, 4-18, 18B, 19, 19B, and 20-32.
