    Abstract: A preparation method and use of a novel pure inorganic solid silicon-based sulfonic acid and/or phosphoric acid catalytic material are disclosed. The surface hydroxyl-rich metasilicic acid is used as the raw material, and by using a sulfonating reagent and/or phosphoric acid, the sulfonic acid group and/or the phosphoric acid group are bonded to the inorganic silicon material by chemical bonding to obtain a pure inorganic solid silicon-based sulfonic acid and/or phosphoric acid catalytic material. The catalytic material can be widely used in many acid-catalyzed organic reactions such as isomerization, esterification, alkylation, hydroamination of olefins, condensation, nitration, etherification, multi-component reactions and oxidation reactions.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a catalyst capable of simultaneously removing COS and H2S in garbage gasification and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of desulfurization catalysts. The method includes the following steps: pretreating an SBA-15 molecular sieve with a templating agent unremoved, which primarily includes the steps of removing the templating agent and introducing halogen atoms to modify the molecular sieve; then synthesizing an active component solution; and finally introducing active components into channels of the pretreated molecular sieve via surface tension by adopting an impregnation method, performing washing and drying, and performing calcining under an N2 atmosphere, so as to obtain the catalyst. The catalyst prepared according to the present disclosure can load the active components in fixed positions inside and outside the channels, and the components are easy to obtain, thereby having the advantages of low cost and good desulfurization effects.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system of recovering elemental sulfur and regenerating the catalyst for a sulfur-deposited catalyst, including immersing the sulfur-deposited catalyst in the ammonium sulfide solution, the leaching reaction under normal pressure and temperature, replacing the ammonium sulfide solution and immersing again for extraction for the same time; collecting the leachate of the two steps, conducting gas stripping of the elemental sulfur by adopting the high-temperature nitrogen gas, condensing the tail gas of gas stripping, subjecting to a purification treatment and then discharging, with the liquor condensate being the ammonium sulfide solution. Finally, the solid in the leachate is filtered, washed and dried after the gas stripping to obtain the elemental sulfur; and the washing and drying of catalysts that has been subjected to the two times of immersion and extraction obtain the regenerated catalysts.
