The shelf assembly includes one or more shelf caps, secured above the depressions, each including one or more second apertures disposed, when its corresponding shelf cap is secured to the shelf, to lie over a corresponding first aperture. In assembled configuration the posts are vertically arranged such first and second ends of adjoining posts constitute pairs adjacent one another, one end of each of the pairs coupled with a first aperture, and one end of each of the pairs coupled with its corresponding second aperture.
