Publication number: 20230385937Abstract: A method has a model predicting which elderly people are likely to claim for long term care (LTC) within a year based on long term care insurance claims of the elderly people and on assessment data of some of the elderly people. The method includes receiving living environment data of a particular senior with similar characteristics to the elderly people, which includes mobile device patterns of social activity, physical activity, phone use, shopping, sleeping, and waking by the particular senior, from the living environment data, determining a single feature of the features of the model whose change most likely reduces a probability of filing a claim for LTC within a period of time, providing to the particular senior a single intervention related to the single feature, and comparing further patterns of the particular senior with the previous patterns to determine an extent to which the particular senior implemented the intervention.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 10, 2023Publication date: November 30, 2023Inventors: Afik GAL, Roee Nahir, Yaron David, Hila Zadka-Schuldiner, Yariv Dror Mizrahi

Publication number: 20230297332Abstract: Methods and systems to normalize an input table having a plurality of input table columns with a normalized table having a plurality of normalized table columns are disclosed. For each normalized column identifier associated with a normalized column of the normalized table, a compatibility score is computed for the normalized column identifier and each input column identifier associated with an input column of the input column table to provide set of compatibility scores associated with each normalized column identifier and input column identifier pair. A combinatorial optimization is applied to determine a match for each normalized column identifier with an input column identifier. Data associated with an input column of the input column identifier is mapped to the normalized column of the normalized column identifier matched with the input column identifier.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 21, 2022Publication date: September 21, 2023Applicant: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Hadas Orgad, Hani Hana Neuvirth, Moshe ISRAEL, Ofer Shezaf, Ishai Wertheimer, Yaron David Fruchtmann

Publication number: 20220407882Abstract: The principles described herein relate to the training and implementation of a model designed to estimate the probability of new security incidents being true incidents. This occurs in an environment where a service such as a SIEM monitors a network of computing systems and other resources and detects a variety of incidents that could be security threats. These incidents are reported to the SOC for investigation and the SOC will take appropriate action to mitigate potential threats of true security breaches. As part of the investigation process, the SOC can label whether a security incident is true, false or benign. After labeling enough security incidents a model can be produced to estimate the probability that new security incidents are true incidents. This would help the SOC filter through security incidents more efficiently and allow for quicker response of the most likely security breaches.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 18, 2021Publication date: December 22, 2022Inventors: Hani Hana NEUVIRTH, Ishai WERTHEIMER, Ely ABRAMOVITCH, Yaron David FRUCHTMANN, Amir KEREN

Publication number: 20220122703Abstract: Methods and systems of accelerating the adoption of a medical treatment by healthcare providers are disclosed. The methods include providing to a healthcare provider a set of selectable criteria for determining whether a specific medical treatment is indicated for a particular patient, analyzing the criteria selected, and indicating to the healthcare provider whether the medical treatment is indicated. A system and methods are provided which are suitable for optimizing the use of nuclear imaging for assessing risks of cardiovascular disorders and, when appropriate, for implementing intervention strategies to reduce such risks.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 11, 2021Publication date: April 21, 2022Applicant: Emerge Clinical Solutions, LLCInventors: William C. Publication number: 20220058740Abstract: A system for health management for policy holders to reduce disability in a long term. The system includes an external data gatherer, a model builder, a filterer and a plan selector. The external data gatherer gathers data about a plurality of policy holders from at least two of: medical records, wearable sensors, questionnaires about lifestyles, direct observations by professionals, family and caregivers, and third-party data sources. The model builder builds a health outcome model on the gathered data to generate probabilities of health outcomes and uses previously determined impact coefficients generated to determine the need for long term care in a near term. The filterer filters the probabilities to generate risk factors for a particular policy holder. The plan selector combines the risk factors with the gathered data and current incentive options to generate a health improvement plan for the particular policy holder.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 19, 2021Publication date: February 24, 2022Inventors: Afik GAL, Roee NAHIR, Yaron DAVID, Hila ZADKA-SCHULDINER, Yariv Dror MIZRAHI

Publication number: 20220058748Abstract: A system for population health management to enable policy holders to defer long term care for the near term includes an external data gatherer, a model builder and an intervention determiner. The external data gatherer gathers data about a plurality of policy holders from at least two of medical records, direct observation, third party data sources, and questionnaires about lifestyles, family and caregivers. The model builder builds a model from at least one of scientifically based research and the gathered data and determines which of the policy holders are likely to claim for long term care in the near term. The intervention determiner determines, for a particular policy holder, at least one scientifically based intervention to improve a probability that the particular policy holder remain at home for another year.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 19, 2021Publication date: February 24, 2022Inventors: Afik Gal, Roee Nahir, Yaron David, Hila Zadka-Schuldiner, Yariv Dror Mizrahi, Yehonatan Yedidia

Publication number: 20210378849Abstract: The invention is directed to an endovascular device having an undulating pattern of struts and loops. In a first aspect of the invention, the endovascular device comprises a main stent component having a tubular shape and a first end and a second end, said device having a first radiopaque marker and a second radiopaque marker each having a shape with at least two distinct profiles when viewed from different angles, said markers positioned on the main stent component to be offset by less than 180 degrees relative to the other. In a second aspect, the endovascular device has a particular stent pattern, where at least one strut has a bend in the crimped profile for reducing the compressed diameter having the following features. The strut configuration comprises one or more bent sections facing in opposite convex and concave orientations, thereby creating a space or hollow for an oppositely aligned portion of the device to nestle therein as the device is compressed.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 17, 2021Publication date: December 9, 2021Inventors: Yoram RICHTER, Igor BELOBROVY, Yaron DAVID, Oleg WEIZMANN

Patent number: 10537425Abstract: The invention provides a multi-component (modular) percutaneous valve device that includes a valve module having valve leaflets and a valve frame. The valve frame includes one or more, for example two, ring members and a plurality of masts. Also provided is a valve frame having specially designed pivot points at the connection between masts and first and second ring members to assist folding the valve module and minimizing delivery diameter. The valve frame may also include wire guides to facilitate combining the valve module with a support module. The masts or a ring of the valve frame may also include locking members, such as shafts for closing the valve module and securing the valve module to the support module. The support module includes corresponding locking members, such as spears that align with the shafts on the valve module for assembly and locking the valve module to the support module.Type: GrantFiled: April 5, 2017Date of Patent: January 21, 2020Assignee: Valve Medical Ltd.Inventors: Yoram Richter, Ety Weisz, Boaz Schwarz, Eran Reuven, Eran Jassby, Yaron David, Amir Harel
