Abstract: The present disclosure concerns catalytic systems for stereo-selective enrichment, more specifically enantio-selective templated catalytic units that are used for selective enrichment of stereoisomers, in particular enantiomers, in a mixture. The catalytic systems are based on forming chiral-specific active molecular cavities onto the surface of a photocatalytic substrate, such as titania, that are tailored to interact with a specific enantiomer, while a non-photocatalytic coating layer prevents interaction in other areas of the catalyst's surface.

Abstract: A method of assigning a similarity score representative of a similarity between a first speech signal and a second speech signal. The method includes generating a signal transformation responsive to both the first and second signals, determining a transformation score based on at least one characteristic of the generated transformation and calculating the similarity score as a function of the transformation score.
