    Abstract: There is disclosed a method of downloading an application to an electronic device associated with a user. The method is executed at a server, the server being connectable to the electronic device via a communication network. The method comprises: receiving from the electronic device, via the communication network, an indication of the application to be downloaded to the electronic device; based on the indication, determining a first application and a second application potentially associated with the indication of the application, the first application and the second application not having been installed on the electronic device; transmitting both the first application and the second application to the electronic device.
