    Abstract: A method of ascertaining requirements for onboarding new users to a multi-tenant computing environment is provided herein. The method starts off with the stage of recognizing the organizational roles of the new users. The method continues to the stage of identifying parameters pertaining to the service. The method then goes on to mapping the organization roles of the new users and the service parameters to a set of rules. The method further includes determining actions needed to be taken on the computer environment based on the set of rules. Finally, the method goes on to the stage of onboarding the new users to the computer environment.
