Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and method for overlaying one or more applications A computer-implemented method that includes: first allowing a user in one application to open and control a layout of both a web application and a desktop application, then allowing the web application and the desktop application to load and run in a native state. The method continues by allowing the user to direct which records are loaded by the web application and the desktop application, and ultimately allows the user to control a window position/layout of both the web application and the desktop application.
