    Abstract: A fly shooing device is configured for removable engagement with the hair or mane of an animal. The device includes a plurality of cords extending from a connector which removably attaches to the animal. The connector includes an elastic band which is formed of material which will break and release the device from the animal once a predetermined force is communicated to the elastic band. Elastic O-rings and a liquid absorbing bead which emits scented vapors may also be engaged to the elastic band.
