  • Publication number: 20200028456
Abstract: A motor drive control device that controls driving of a motor unit to which a three-phase AC voltage is inputted switches an energization pattern to a phase winding of the motor unit in a predetermined order, and detects a current value flowing through the motor unit for each energization pattern and stores the current value. In start-up operation of the motor unit, the motor drive control device starts synchronized operation when a second current value detected at the energization in the energization pattern of a second or subsequent time is smaller than a first current value detected at the energization in the energization pattern of a first time for m (m is a positive integer of two or more) consecutive times. In the synchronized operation, the energization pattern is switched according to rotational position information of a rotor generated based on a detection result of a voltage of the phase winding.

  • Patent number: 10396701
Abstract: A motor control device of a motor includes voltage acquisition circuitry that acquires a drive voltage of the motor; rotational speed acquisition circuitry that acquires a rotational speed of the motor; setting circuitry that sets a rotational speed instruction value of the motor; calculation circuitry that calculates a rotational speed threshold value of the motor; change circuitry that changes the rotational speed instruction value; and storage circuitry that stores reference data. The reference data includes at least three types of reference value sets each including a reference drive voltage value, a reference rotational speed instruction value, and a reference rotational speed threshold value. The calculation circuitry performs a proportional calculation, a current rotational speed instruction value, and the reference value set to calculate the rotational speed threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20180152122
Abstract: A DC-brushless-motor control device supplies current to windings of a stator of a three-phase DC brushless motor, which rotates a suction fan of a suction apparatus, and includes a controller controlling a rotation speed of a rotor; an, operation detection circuitry detecting an operation on the suction apparatus, and a storage storing information indicating a target rotation speed of the rotor divided into rotation speed levels corresponding to the operation detected by the operation detection circuitry. The controller controls the rotation speed of the rotor by feedback of the rotation speed of the rotor or the current supplied to the windings when the rotation speed of the rotor indicated by a movement cycle of a magnetic pole position detected by a magnetic pole position detector exceeds the target rotation speed corresponding to the operation detected by the operation detection circuitry.

  • Publication number: 20180145616
Abstract: A DC-brushless-motor control device supplies a current to windings of a stator of a three-phase DC brushless motor which rotates a negative pressure generation fan, and includes a rectifier that rectifies an alternating current with a voltage of 300 V or less, a booster that boosts a voltage of the current rectified by the rectifier to 360 V or more, a three-phase bridge inverter that supplies the current boosted by the booster to the windings of the three-phase DC brushless motor, and a controller that controls a rotation speed of a rotor by controlling a conduction state of the three-phase bridge inverter based on a magnetic pole position detected by a magnetic pole position detector which detects a magnetic pole position of the rotor of the three-phase DC brushless motor.
