  • Patent number: 10984144
Abstract: A data publishing system includes a design server that stores design data, a publishing server that stores published data, which is associated with the design data, and a browsing terminal. A user uses a keyboard and a mouse that are included in the browsing terminal and selects the design data stored in the design server and the published data stored in the publishing server. An arithmetic processing unit causes a monitor to display whether the selected design data and the selected published data match each other.

  • Patent number: 9227582
Abstract: When a battery case (24) housing a plurality of batteries (42) is mounted on the vehicle body frame (11) that includes a cross member (20) extending in a vehicle width direction, the cross member (20) of the vehicle body frame (11) is disposed within the recess portion (39b), extending in the vehicle width direction, that is formed in the battery case (24), and therefore, it is possible to mount the battery case (24) while avoiding interference with the cross member (20). Although the intermediate part in the fore-and-aft direction of the battery case (24) housing heavy batteries (42) is susceptible to downward deformation, it is possible to prevent deformation of the battery case (24) by fixing the recess portion (39b) of the battery case (24) to the cross member (20) by fixing means (54).

  • Patent number: 9216638
Abstract: In a structure for mounting a battery pack on a vehicle, even if a battery case housing a plurality of batteries is disposed beneath a floor panel, due to an internal cable within the battery case being disposed above the batteries, it is possible to prevent the internal cable from becoming wet. Furthermore, if the internal cable disposed above the batteries were connected to an external cable via a high voltage connector without changing the height, the height of the floor panel would increase to thus constrain the vehicle compartment space, but since the high voltage connector is disposed at a position that is lower than the upper end of the battery, it is possible to decrease the height of the floor panel by disposing the external cable at a low position, thereby ensuring the vehicle compartment space.

  • Publication number: 20140338999
Abstract: In a structure for mounting a battery pack on a vehicle, since a recess portion, into which a cross member is fitted, is formed on an upper face of a battery case so as to extend in a vehicle width direction, it is possible to mount the battery pack on a vehicle body without interfering with the cross member, and it is unnecessary to raise the position of the cross member or form a cutout in the cross member, thereby enabling a balance to be achieved between the capacity of a vehicle compartment and the strength of the cross member while ensuring a sufficient minimum ground clearance for the battery pack and preventing a battery from becoming wet. Furthermore, since the recess portion is formed on the upper face of the battery case, a cooling passage disposed beneath the battery is not narrowed, thus ensuring the battery cooling performance.

  • Patent number: 8739910
Abstract: A power supply system for an electric vehicle includes a battery, a first power line, a first connector, a first shock absorbing member, a first rigid member, and a second rigid member. The first rigid member includes a first front connection portion and a rear portion. The second rigid member includes a first rear connection portion and a front portion. The rear portion of the first rigid member is contactable with the front portion of the second rigid member at a contact point when a front-end collision of the electric vehicle occurs. The first connector is disposed within a first triangular region defined by the first front connection portion, the first rear connection portion, and the contact point in a plan view of the electric vehicle.
