  • Patent number: 7621200
Abstract: A steering wheel adapter comprises a base having an opening, a plate with a plug formed, and a ring capable of sliding and rotating along the outer face of the base. In the steering wheel adapter, a guide hole penetrating the side face of the base from the outer face into the opening is disposed, a locking member capable of protruding into the opening is provided in the guide hole, and a cam face is provided facing the guide hole on the inner face of the ring. When the ring is slid and rotated in a state where the plate is mounted on the base to insert the plug into the opening, the cam face pushes and protrudes the locking member into the opening, and the locking member is pressed to contact the outer surface of the plug. Consequently, both easy attachment/detachment and prevention of rattle can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 7441479
Abstract: Desired is a function of tilting up a steering wheel to allow a driver to get on or off easily. An object of the invention is to strengthen the coupling between a steering wheel and a steering boss and reduce the degree of backlash by using a ball and a ball receiving dent to couple the steering wheel to the steering boss and increasing the pressure applied to the ball, and to provide smooth coupling between the steering wheel and the steering boss by holding the ball from inside as a coupling member tending to protrude from a tapered hole and smoothly guiding the ball into a recess for coupling.

  • Publication number: 20080042430
Abstract: The present invention provides a joint hose slippage prevention apparatus for preventing slippage of a joint hose connecting a suction pipe extending from a compressor and a suction pipe extending from a throttle body. The joint hose slippage prevention apparatus comprises a tension stay that fastens the compressor side and throttle body side, with ends connected to the compressor side and the throttle body side. Consequently, when the compressor side and throttle side almost separate from each other, they are held down by the tensile strength of the tension stay, whereby the relative positional relation between the compressor side and throttle side is maintained. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the joint hose from slipping off.

  • Publication number: 20070193315
Abstract: Provided is an auxiliary operation member for removing a steering wheel used for a steering wheel attachment structure including: a fixed side joint member attached to a steering shaft; an attachment side joint member that is attached to the steering wheel and is attached and detached by fitting with respect to the fixed side joint member; a lock mechanism for locking and unlocking fitting of the fixed side joint member and the attachment side joint member; and a safety button capable of protruding and retracting, for inhibiting an unexpected unlocking operation of the lock mechanism, characterized in that: the auxiliary operation member is attached to the lock mechanism; and when the lock mechanism is unlocked, the auxiliary operation member is capable of switching a pushing-in-function of pushing-in the safety button and a nonpushing-in-function of not pushing-in the safety button to each other before an operation of the lock mechanism.
