    Abstract: A drive device includes a motor with two sets of motor windings and a control unit. The control unit has a board on which an electronic component related to energization control of the motor windings are mounted, a connector unit, and a cover member that covers control components including the board, and is provided on one side in a axial direction of the motor. The connector unit has two main connectors and at least one sub connector used for connection with an outside, and these openings are provided so as to face a side opposite to the motor. The main connectors are connected with a power supply and a communication network. The sub connector has an opening separate from that of the main connector and is connected to a separate member.

A cover member receives the connector unit and the heat sink in the state where the electric power supply connector and the signal connector are exposed from the cover member. A connector side O-ring is installed between the base portion and the cover member. A height position of a first end surface of each leg portion is on a first side of a second base end surface of the base portion. With this construction, it is possible to limit deterioration of waterproofness of the drive device caused by a thermal load.

    Abstract: In a driver device, a controller substrate has a center part on which a rotation angle sensor is attached and an outer periphery portion which is fixed onto a heat sink. The heat sink has a cylinder part extending in an axial direction of the rotation shaft to contact the outer periphery portion of the controller substrate. The cylinder part of the heat sink is continuously formed along an entire periphery and has the same height at all portions. Such configuration provides an even deformation distribution of the cylinder part due to a temperature change, thereby reducing unevenness of heat stress distribution along a substrate plane and decreasing stress applied to the sensor, which facilitates a reduction of a detection error of the sensor.

    Abstract: A housing and a rotary shaft of a motor are formed of non-magnetic material. A soft magnetic member is provided between a first axial end surface of a fixed core and a bearing. The soft magnetic member is provided on the fixed core side relative to the first bearing thereby to suppress magnetic flux leaking to a vicinity of one end part of the rotary shaft by leading the magnetic flux, which is generated from a rotor, to the rotor core through the fixed core and a casing. A magnetic angular position sensor fixed to one end part of the rotary shaft can detect a magnetic angular position of the rotor accurately without being affected by external magnetic field. As a result, noise generated by vibration of the motor can be suppressed.

    Abstract: Rear ends of pushing rods 40 are axially connected to a support base 50, which is movably engaged with guide rails 60. A drive unit 70 is disposed to rotatably move wire belts 74 between wheels 73 and 71 at longitudinal front and rear ends of the guide rails 60, and the support base 50 is connected to the wire belts 74. The drive unit 70 is activated to guide the pushing rods 40 by the guide rails 60 so to make pushing and pulling operation of the pushing rods 40. A door 33 which is disposed at the back wall of a static grate 31 in a clinker cooler 30 is opened to fit the pushing rods 40 into a seal material 34 on the opening to push a large lump of coating C2 retained on the static grate 31. The pushing rods 40 have a double tube structure and are cooled by injecting cooling water from supply pipes 45.
