  • Patent number: 6578995
Abstract: A lower reflector (3), disposed in a opening (23) of an upper reflector (2) to reflect conventionally unused light, is rotatable relative to the upper reflector (2), thereby changing a dispersed light-distribution pattern (WP) with respect to a fixed reference light-distribution pattern (LP), with an improvement in visibility when the vehicle negotiates a curve.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: June 17, 2003
    Assignee: Ichikoh Industries, Ltd.

  • Patent number: 6565246
Abstract: A vehicular head lamp enables rotation of an upper reflector (1) relative to an intermediate reflector (2), thereby changing a dispersed light-distribution pattern (WP) with respect to a fixed reference light-distribution pattern (LP and HP). By causing a lower reflector (3) to rotate relative to the intermediate reflector (2), a collimated light-distribution pattern (SP) is changed with respect to the reference light-distribution patterns (LP and HP). The result of this arrangement is an improvement in visibility when the vehicle negotiates a curve.

  • Patent number: 6556074
Abstract: A multi-stage differential amplifying circuit (100) is disclosed. Multi-stage differential amplifying circuit (100) may include initial stage differential amplifying circuits (SN1 and SP1). Initial stage amplifying circuits (SN1 and SP1) may receive an input signal at input terminals (H01 and H02) and provide a differential output signal at nodes (N9 and N13). An amplitude controlling transistor (ND) may provide a controllable impedance path between nodes (N9 and N13). Amplitude controlling transistor (ND) may have a control gate connected to a current supply node (N10). The controllable impedance path may be controlled so that a magnitude of a differential output signal at nodes (N9 and N13) may be more consistent even when an offset voltage of an input signal at input terminals (H01 and H02) varies. A next stage differential amplifying circuit (SOP) may receive the differential output signal at nodes (N9 and N13) and provide an output signal at an output terminal (N01).

  • Patent number: 6452422
Abstract: An interface circuit has a load, a driving circuit, and a bias circuit and outputs an output signal in accordance with an input signal between both ends of a load resistor. The driving circuit has a first MOS transistor which supplies a first constant current and a bridge circuit which supplies the first constant current to the load switchingly. The bias circuit has a fixed resistor, a second MOS transistor which is connected with the fixed resistor and which is operable with the first transistor under a Miller effect; and a differential amplifier whose non-inverting input terminal receives a predetermined voltage whose inverting input terminal receives a voltage of a connection node between the second transistor and the fixed resistor, and an output terminal which applies an output voltage at the control terminals of the first and second transistor.

  • Patent number: 6029635
Abstract: A communicating pipe for introducing atmospheric pressure to an air vent circuit changeover valve has an intermediate portion provided in a fuel tank and slanted portions extending obliquely upward. The intermediate portion has a drain pipe wherein a drain hole is provided. Liquefied fuel in the communicating pipe is gathered to the intermediate portion through the slanted portions and drained from the drain pipe into the fuel tank. Thus constituted communicating pipe prevents a clogging of liquefied fuel in the communicating pipe.

  • Patent number: 5839421
Abstract: An evaporation gas intercepting system prevents the entrance of an evaporation gas leaked from a canister into a passenger compartment of a vehicle with an air conditioning system in which an outside air intake or inside air circulation is selected. An engine control unit calculates a fuel injection quantity on the basis of parameters indicating the operating condition of an engine and correction coefficients, and a feedback correction quantity for correcting the fuel injection quantity on the basis of the output signal of an air-fuel ratio detector (oxygen sensor).
