  • Patent number: 7008242
Abstract: A conductive clip includes a hollow cylindrical member having a flange at one edge thereof in an axial direction and an opening communicating in a radial direction at an intermediate portion thereof in the axial direction, and a conductive member having an axial elastic force generating piece facing an inner surface of the large diameter flange and a radial elastic force generating piece passing through the opening inwardly or outwardly. The conductive member is fitted to the hollow cylindrical member to be relatively movable in the axial direction. When the hollow cylindrical member moves outwardly relative to the conductive member, the radial elastic force generating piece is pushed by an inner edge of the opening in the radial direction, so that a free end of the radial elastic force generating piece moves outwardly or inwardly in the radial direction.

  • Patent number: 6145173
Abstract: An article attaching device is used for attaching, for example, a rear seat to an under panel of an automobile. The article attaching device is inserted into an attaching hole of the under panel to be fixed thereto, and then a hook fixed to the rear seat is inserted into the box portion to engage engaging portions provided on opposed inner sides of the box portion. The engaging portions opposing each other are shifted in the horizontal direction not to overlap each other. Thus, an article, i.e. hook, can be easily inserted into the article attaching device while providing a high extracting force of the article, which results in good workability.

  • Patent number: 5439703
Abstract: The present invention discloses a pressure processing method and processing apparatus for sterilization, denaturation, etc. of food materials. A free piston is fitted in a pressure container so that the free piston is slidable in an axial direction of the container, the pressure container being partitioned by the free piston into two chambers to prevent mixing and contact between a material to be processed and pressure medium. The material to be processed filled in and supplied to one chamber is pressure-processed by the sliding movement of the piston caused by supplying the pressure medium to the other chamber. Three or more pressure containers, in each of which is fitted a free piston, are provided, and a series of processing operations including pressurizing and holding, discharge and supply of the material to be processed are carried out in a batch continuous manner in the same time zone.

  • Patent number: 4797264
Abstract: Chelating agents on which metals such as uranium have been adsorbed are brought into contact with an eluent of aqueous solution containing reducing agents and basic compounds, until the metals are eluted. The elution is effected with large speed without degradation of the chelating agents. Preferred chelating agents are rather stable under basic conditions but not under acidic conditions, for example, those having .dbd.NOH group in their molecules. The reducing agents and basic compounds in the eluent are, for example, sulfurous acid or salts thereof and sodium hydroxide, respectively.
