  • Patent number: 11935936
Abstract: [Object] It is an object of the present invention to provide an aluminum alloy film having excellent bending resistance and heat resistance, and a thin film transistor including the aluminum alloy film. [Solving Means] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, an aluminum alloy film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an Al pure metal that includes at least one type of a first additive element selected from the group consisting of Zr, Sc, Mo, Y, Nb, and Ti. A content of the first additive element is 0.01 atomic % or more and 1.0 atomic % or less. Such an aluminum alloy film has excellent bending resistance and excellent heat resistance. Further, also etching can be performed on the aluminum alloy film.

  • Patent number: 6787936
Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes two power supply lines and at least one electronic circuit connected to each of the power supply lines. One of the two power supply lines is connected with an externally located main power source, and the other power supply line is connected with an externally located backup power source. A switch electrically connects or disconnects the power supply lines with each other. A power supervisory circuit monitors voltage of the main power source and controls the switch. The switch is controlled so that power from the main power source is supplied to the electronic circuits when the main power source is operating normally, and power from the backup power source is supplied to the electronic circuits when the main power source has a failure.

  • Patent number: 6345105
Abstract: In an automatic door system and a method for controlling an automatic door, the automatic door is not opened when a passerby just passes by the door. A data processing device (5) produces a differential image by subtracting an initial image from a detected image on the basis of digital data entered from a subtractor (4), and judges whether a gray-scale shadow is in the differential image or not. When a gray-scale shadow appears in the differential image, the data processing device (5) calculates the maximum width (Xm) of the gray-scale shadow in the X direction to compare it with a predetermined threshold value (Xth). When the maximum width (Xm) is equal to the threshold value (Xth) or more, the data processing device (5) judges that a passerby faces toward an automatic door (1), and outputs a driving control signal (C) for opening the automatic door (1).

  • Patent number: 5831924
Abstract: One memory array is divided into a plurality of banks sharing a row of memory cells. Global IO buses are disposed for memory column blocks forming the plurality of banks included in one memory array. The global IO buses are selectively and electrically connected to the same data input/output terminal.

  • Patent number: 5708761
Abstract: A fuzzy development-support device includes a data input unit, a fuzzy-inference execution unit and a result verification unit. As an example, the data input unit includes a display unit connected to a membership function generator and a grid pitch designation unit for designating a grid pitch on a grid sheet displayed on the display unit for creation of membership functions. The grid pitch designation unit allows variation of grid pitch on the grid sheet. Thus, an operator uses the grid pitch designation unit to achieve an effective input of membership functions by generating the grid sheet with a pitch adequate for a desired shape of membership function.

  • Patent number: 4890251
Abstract: A shifter for shifting a first data word by a bit width which is specified by a second data word. The shifter provides a sign extension so that the shifter can be used for arithmetic shifts. The shifter includes a first inverter for inverting the bits of the first data word only when the most significant bit of the data word is a predetermined datum. The output from the inverter is shifted, using a shifter array, by a bit width specified by the second data word. The output from the shifter array is provided to a second inverter. The second inverter inverts the output from the shifter array only if the most significant bit of the first data word is a predetermined datum.
