  • Publication number: 20120080250
Abstract: An object is to provide a vehicle in which the configuration of a frame supporting a tank is effectively used. In order to achieve such an object, the vehicle includes a tank supported by a pair of side frames and cross frames which traverse the side frames, wherein a displacement suppression target on a vehicle floor is supported by the cross frames, the displacement suppression target having a relative displacement during an action of an external force on the vehicle, needed to be suppressed. The tank is preferably suspended on the cross frames. In addition, the displacement suppression target is preferably attached to the cross frames on which the tank is suspended.

  • Publication number: 20120028135
Abstract: Provided is a mounting structure of a fuel cell system capable of withstanding a collision from the side face of a fuel cell vehicle. The fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell unit for housing a fuel cell, and a protective structure having a mounting surface for mounting the fuel cell unit. The protective structure includes sloping frames provided obliquely relative to the mounting surface at a position opposing at least one side face of the fuel cell unit. Since the protective structure has the sloping frames as the structural objects to be subjected to the impact of the collision from the side face, the protection of the entire height of the fuel cell unit is realized by the lightest structural objects.

  • Publication number: 20120021301
Abstract: Provided are a fuel cell system and a vehicle that enable effective protection of fuel cell and related devices from impacts from below. The fuel cell system includes a fuel cell unit (201) accommodating a fuel cell (20) and a related device (90) disposed adjacently to the fuel cell unit (201). The fuel cell unit (201) and the related device (90) are provided at respective protective structural bodies (220, 260). At least one of the protective structural body (220) at which the fuel cell unit (201) is provided and the protective structural body (260) at which the related device (90) is provided includes an under-panel (240, 270) on the bottom surface of the protective structural body.

  • Publication number: 20120013185
Abstract: The largest possible compartment space is secured in a fuel cell hybrid vehicle. A reactor unit, a voltage-increase control unit 61b and a condenser unit included in an FC converter are integrated so that they do not superpose on each other in the thickness directions of the respective rectangular parallelepiped shape. In other words, the FC converter is formed by integrating the reactor unit, the voltage-increase control unit and the condenser unit in a flat state. Such an FC converter is arranged on the upper, lower or rear side of the fuel cell.

  • Publication number: 20120006607
Abstract: Provided is a mounting structure of a fuel cell system capable of inhibiting a related device from colliding with the fuel cell when a crash impact is applied from the vehicle front while inhibiting the increase in the vehicle weight. The fuel cell system includes a fuel cell, and a related device electrically connected to the fuel cell and disposed adjacent to the, wherein related device has an inclined part on a side of a forward direction of a vehicle. When a crash impact is applied to the vehicle from the forward direction side, the moving direction of the related device is changed to a direction (for example, downward) that is not parallel to the forward direction. Thus, it is possible to inhibit the related device from advancing directly toward and damaging the fuel cell.

  • Patent number: 5603777
Abstract: A loader station of substrate treating apparatus receives a transport cassette from a preceding stage. This transport cassette stores a plurality of substrates to be treated, arranged with a predetermined spacing therein. An empty processing cassette stands by at the loader station when the transport cassette arrives. The processing cassette is constructed to store the plurality of substrates arranged with a storage spacing that is independent of the storage spacing in the transport cassette but is optimal for surface treatment in the apparatus. In the loader station, a loader substrate transport robot transfers the substrates to be treated from the transport cassette to the empty processing cassette while absorbing any difference that may exist between the storage spacings of the respective cassettes.

  • Patent number: 5269643
Abstract: A method of taking out and transferring a plurality of wafers from each of a plurality of wafer carriers to a wafer conveyor robot includes the steps of taking out wafer groups inside the wafer carriers from respective wafer carriers and aligning the same on a straight line with respective wafer groups being spaced apart, shifting at least one of the wafer groups so that an interval between the spaced wafer groups becomes equal to intervals among the wafers in each of wafer groups, and holding the shifted wafer groups with the wafer conveyor robot. An apparatus for practicing this method is also disclosed.
