Each of the acquired examination information is subjected to code conversion according to a display conversion table (361) and the converted codes are sorted in the ascending order. An image examination waiting list number is assigned to each image data in the order corresponding to the sort result and successively added and registered in an image examination waiting image storage section (362).

Abstract: In a medical information processing apparatus having a display section for displaying a medical image, when examination order information disagrees with accompanying information of the medical image, a user can promptly recognize it.
