Publication number: 20240104241Abstract: A user agent stores user information of a user and user information provided to a service provider server. When a user terminal registers the user in the service provider server, the user agent sends the user information already provided to the service provider server to the user terminal. When the user agent receives a provision permission of the user information from the user terminal, the user agent generates pseudo user identification information, a public key, and a private key, signs a service document of the service provider server, and sends the service document to the service provider server via the user terminal. When the signed service document is received, the user agent verifies the signature and sends user information to the service provider server.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2020Publication date: March 28, 2024Inventors: Yoshihiko OMORI, Takao YAMASHITA, Yurika SUGA, Yasuhiko YOSHIMURA

Patent number: 11917076Abstract: [Problem] To provide a terminal registration system and a terminal registration method for improving user convenience in registration of a new terminal to a plurality of service sites. [Solution] The registered terminal 1 includes an Authenticator 10 including service site list information 110 that associates private keys and URLs for access to service sites with each other. A Registration Manager 100 acquires the service site list information 110 from the Authenticator 10 of the registered terminal 1. Then, the Registration Manager 100 performs FIDO authentication for a registration target service site using a private key of the registered terminal 1, on the basis of the acquired service site list information 110, and performs Registration of a newly generated cryptographic key at the new terminal 2.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 2022Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: Nippon Telegraph and Telephone CorporationInventors: Hideo Nishimura, Takao Yamashita, Yasuhiko Yoshimura, Satoru Furukawa

Patent number: 5895265Abstract: A semiconductor device includes an insulating layer and an interconnection layer having a conductive layer provided over the insulating layer. The interconnection layer is patterned by photolithography. The device further includes a cap-metal layer, which is deposited on the conductive layer and suppresses reflection of light beams at the time of patterning the interconnection layer. The cap-metal layer has any one of the following structures: a double-layered structure having a titanium nitride layer and a titanium layer located between the titanium nitride layer and the conductive layer; a double-layered structure having a titanium nitride layer and an aluminum-titanium alloy layer located between the titanium nitride layer and the conductive layer; and a single-layered structure consisting essentially of an aluminum-titanium alloy. These design ensure accurate interconnection patterning in the photolithography, and provide improved EM and SM immunities of the interconnection.Type: GrantFiled: March 20, 1997Date of Patent: April 20, 1999Assignee: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Yasunori Inoue, Kazutoshi Tsujimura, Shinichi Tanimoto, Yasuhiko Yamashita, Kiyoshi Yoneda, Yoshikazu Ibara

Patent number: 5558726Abstract: This invention aims at obtaining a cold steel sheet having excellent cold formability irrespective of a high N content in order to re-utilize a scrap steel generated from scraps. A steel sheet comprising not greater than 0.1% of C, 60 to 150 ppm of N, not greater than 0.4% of Mn satisfying the relation Mn/S.gtoreq.7, not greater than 0.030% of S, not greater than 0.1% of Al and not greater than 0.08% of Ti satisfying the relation N (%)--Ti/3.42 (%).ltoreq.0.007, wherein the size of TiN in the weight at least 1/2 of the total TiN weight is 0.05 to 10 .mu.m, is obtained. When production is made by continuous annealing, Ti is added so as to satisfy the relation N (%)--Ti/3.42 (%).ltoreq.0.004% and furthermore, high temperature winding is effected in hot rolling or B is added. When production is made by box annealing, the Ti content is adjusted so as to satisfy the relation 0.002%.ltoreq.N (%)--Ti/3.42 (%).ltoreq.0.Type: GrantFiled: June 14, 1995Date of Patent: September 24, 1996Assignees: Nippon Steel Corporation, Japan Casting & Forging CorporationInventors: Hisayoshi Yatoh, Yasuhiko Yamashita, Takashi Harabuchi, Seinosuke Yano

Patent number: 4698102Abstract: Steel blackplate for surface treatment, having a soft temper degree of T-3 or less, and improved fluting resistance is produced by the combination of a chemical composition of 0.01% to 0.08% carbon, 0.015% or less phosphorus, without titanium and niobium; steelmaking without vacuum-degassing; a low slab-heating temperature of 1240.degree. C. or less; a coiling temperature of 620.degree. C. to 710.degree. C.; continuous annealing having a heat pattern to decrease the solute carbon and nitrogen; and skin-pass rolling.Type: GrantFiled: July 3, 1985Date of Patent: October 6, 1987Assignee: Nippon Steel CorporationInventors: Kuniaki Maruoka, Nobuyuki Takahashi, Senkichi Tujimura, Yasuhiko Yamashita, Setsuo Otsuka, Isao Oohasi, Takeo Motoyama
