  • Publication number: 20170016544
Abstract: A valve device for controlling passage of fluid in a flow system or part thereof comprising a diaphragm valve comprising a diaphragm and a diaphragm seat, the diaphragm valve is configured for controlling the passage of the fluid by being pressable towards and away from the seat; at least one laterally movable element having part thereof engaging the diaphragm for operating the diaphragm valve; an actuator for actuating the laterally movable element; an adjustment element configured for adjustment of lateral movement span of the laterally movable element by adjusting a relative position thereof; and at least one locking mechanism for locking the adjusted relative position of the adjustment element. The lateral movement span of the laterally moveable element determines the maximal distance between the diaphragm and the seat, which determines the throughput of the valve device.

  • Publication number: 20120001102
Abstract: A highly clean and high temperature valve apparatus includes a valve driving unit and a valve casing connected to a bonnet supporting a valve stem slidably. A stem portion has one end positioned in a circumferential wall closed at its two ends by upper and lower covers, and supports one end of the valve stem with its other end extending through the lower cover. The stem portion has its ends supported respectively by first and second bellows for closing an axial through hole of the lower cover tightly. A first pipe communicates with a first space isolated by the first bellows, and a second pipe communicates with a second space isolated by the first bellows. The fluid quantities in the first and second spaces are increased or decreased relative to each other, thereby to drive the stem portion supported in a floating state by the first and second bellows.

  • Publication number: 20030173891
Abstract: A high-quality tiled display system and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, wherein the tiled display system includes organic EL display panels having improved high contrast by using a black matrix and has inconspicuous boundaries. A UV-curing resin (62) is applied onto principal surfaces of tiled display panels (60), and a sealing substrate (66) is then placed onto a surface having the resin thereon. In this operation, it must be avoided that there are bubbles between the UV-curing resin (62) and the sealing substrate (66). The position of the sealing substrate (66) on the tiled display panel (60) is then adjusted. This adjustment is performed so as to allow the black matrix (64) to be positioned correctly above the auxiliary wires (23) of the ribs (22) and to be positioned correctly above the boundaries (68) of the display panels (50).

  • Publication number: 20030011301
Abstract: In conventional organic EL displays, a metal cathode is formed on an organic layer through vapor deposition. In these, therefore, the cathode is of a film having tensile stress and easily peels off from the organic layer to degrade the reliability of the organic EL displays. A novel organic EL device is provided, in which a film having no internal stress or having compression stress is formed for a second electrode or for a second electrode and a protective layer, on an organic layer at least including a light-emitting layer of an organic light-emitting material. Also provided is an organic EL display including a plurality of those organic EL devices.

  • Patent number: 6167323
Abstract: Flow sensors 41 and 42 for detecting a flow load including the presence of a flow of gas are provided in supply lines 2a through 2d for supplying a given gas into a treatment chamber 6. A CPU 40 is provided for previously storing control parameters corresponding to the presence of a flow of gas. The presence of a flow of gas or a flow of IPA is detected by the flow sensors 41, 42 or an IPA supply pump 43, and detected signals are transmitted to the CPU 40. On the basis of a control signal outputted from the CPU 40, a cartridge heater 14, inner and outer tube heaters 25 and 26 and an insulation heater 52 are controlled. Thus, a control parameter adopted in accordance with the presence of a flow of gas to be used is determined, so that the control parameter previously stored in a data table 100 is selected in accordance with a control mode to control the temperature or pressure of the gas.

  • Patent number: 6131307
Abstract: A pressure and flow rate of a gas flowing into or out of a processing chamber are controlled, so as to decrease or increase an atmosphere in the processing chamber higher or lower than a target pressure to obtain a target pressure. During a first period, an opening speed of an opening degree adjusting device provided in an inlet pipe communicating to the processing chamber is controlled to a first target value toward a first predetermined functional approximation line (for example a function of second degree) as ideal value. During the rest of periods other than the first period, the opening speed is controlled stepwise to two or more predetermined target values so that the processing chamber reaches the target pressure. During a period before the first period, the opening speed may be controlled to a second target value among the two or more target values, based on a control amount for the opening degree adjusting device.
